Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive and unrestricted access to the entire "Rio Rodanthe" property, including the multi-level home, all bedrooms and bathrooms, game room, private swimming pool, hot tub, expansive lazy river and kiddie pool area, sand volleyball court, fire pit, and the private direct beach walkway

Rodanthe is one of the three "Tri-Villages" (Rodanthe, Waves, and Salvo) on Hatteras Island, known for their relaxed atmosphere and strong connection to the natural beauty of the Outer Banks.

Within a short drive or even a pleasant walk, you can explore:

Rodanthe Pier: A local landmark just a stone's throw away, perfect for fishing (no NC fishing license required when fishing from the pier!), sightseeing, and enjoying ocean breezes. They have a bait and tackle shop too!
