TO DO: The TOT LOT (community playground and picnic area) is 250' from the property and the Pickle Ball & Tennis Courts are a short jaunt from the Tot Lot over Turtle Bridge.

KEYLESS ENTRY: Easy, Breezy electronic keyless entry! Security cameras are located on the exterior of the home.

PET FEE: $395.00 pet fee for each. Two dogs under 30lbs, hypoallergenic, non-shedding, well-groomed, flea and tick protected, and groomed before occupancy are permitted. No other dogs are permitted, and no visiting pets. Violation of this could result in immediate eviction.

LINENS: Linens are not included; however, a rental package is available to guests.

CLEANING FEE: $235. Although cleaning time is extra tight during the summer season, our crew still takes pride in making things sparkle!
