Pet Policy: Up to two (2) dogs, each under 40 pounds, are permitted with prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $395.00 per dog is required. Dogs must be hypoallergenic and non-shedding, current on flea and tick prevention, and have up-to-date rabies vaccinations. A recent photo of each dog must be provided to the host, along with a signed pet addendum, prior to occupancy.

Damage Waiver fee (plus tax, if applicable), which covers accidental damage to the property or its contents—such as furniture, appliances, or fixtures—up to $3,000, provided the incident is reported to the host before checkout.
This fee replaces the need for a traditional security deposit, offering peace of mind during your stay.
