Aimeriez-vous commencer votre journée par une promenade, une course à pied ou à vélo le matin sur la célÚbre promenade de Rehoboth Beach. Ce condo de 2 niveaux accepte les animaux de compagnie a une vue magnifique sur l'océan des deux niveaux.
Le premier étage comprend un grand salon, salle à manger, cuisine et salle de bain complÚte. Détendez-vous sur le balcon avant avec votre café et regardez le lever du soleil surplombant la plage et la promenade de Rehoboth.

Le deuxiÚme étage a une chambre principale avec vue sur l'océan et une salle de bain complÚte. Il y a 3 chambres supplémentaires au deuxiÚme niveau, 1 lit king, 1 lit queen et 1 chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux, convertibles en lit king avec préavis

Excellent location. You are on the beach. Property is spacious and family friendly. There is plenty of cabinet and closet room. There is a washer and a dryer. Check in was simple. The property manager met us at the property. There is an elevator. I would recommend the property.

Great location

What a view! It was great to be right on the boardwalk and be able to walk to all of our stops. David was very courteous and helpful at check in.

Very convenient location

Property is in a fabulous location. We really enjoyed our stay and the property manager was very helpful during checkin! However the building that the condo is in is difficult to use the key to get into the building. The lock needs to be replaced. In addition there was only 1 on site parking space for a 4 bedroom condo which made it difficult for most of the family to park. Lastly the railings on the balconies of the condo were a hazard and wobbled back and forth which we found very unsafe!

Amazing house and location

We had a great trip in October. The location is prefect. The house was clean and comfortable with amazing views! David was very helpful and had perfect communication! We will definitely come back!

Beautiful Beachfront Property!

We couldn’t be happier with our stay! You can’t beat the views or location, you’re in walking distance of everything you’ll need and you’ll fall asleep every night to the sound of the waves. We had plenty of room for our family of 6 adults and 1 infant, the bedrooms were spacious and the entire unit is updated. We’d come back to this property in a heartbeat!

Amazing stay!

David is a great host and quick to respond. Check-in was a breeze. House is recently renovated and in excellent condition - pictures don't lie. The oceanfront views are UNBELIEVABLE!! Location is amazing and an easy walk to town. Whole family loved it over the holidays. We were sorry to leave but will be back again.

Another Wonderful Stay

Our family meets from across the country in Rehoboth each summer. This past week was lovely in every way. The condo is in a perfect location so that you can see and hear the ocean as you fall asleep or eat breakfast. We were luck to have perfect weather and enjoyed relaxing together in this beautiful condo. David, the manager is helpful in any and all ways.

Relaxing Week at the Beach

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. The views are amazing and the condo feels spacious. There was room for us to be together as well as apart throughout the week. David Clarke, who manages the property was amazing. He was responsive, helpful and went out of his way to assist us. We are booked again for next summer!

WOW!

Perfection, that is all I can say. Everything was great (location, view, management, furnishings,). You will not regret staying here. Besides being ocean front there is a park 1/2 a block away from the building.

Wonderful

This is our third time staying at this property. The condo, and the location are both fantastic. Very well appointed with two large balconies overlooking the ocean. And David is great to work with, makes everything easy. And they just put in two ginormous tv screens with all the apps on them.

Overall, good.

The cleanliness of the place was a bit disappointing and there were numerous things that were in need of repair. Having said that, the property manager was helpful and responsive.

Magnificent Sunrise Every Morning

Had a wonderful week with my family in this beautiful condo on the boardwalk. Woke up to sunrises everyday in the over the top primary suite. Great location to park your car and walk everywhere. The park was close by for walking our dog and also good for kids. There were a few loud party guests in the hotel next door one night but all of the condo guests were great. The last day brought high winds (scary) so David (the property manager) came by and took all of the deck furniture inside which was very helpful. As everyone says remember to bring your paper goods, toilet paper, salt, trash bags, dish soap, games etc. There really isn't anything when you arrive so I left toilet paper for the next guests. Both decks have great views and amble seating. Also easy access to beach and biking to Cape Henolopen State Park.

Beautiful Townhome with a fabulous view!

We loved our little weekend getaway for a family girls trip. The townhome was super nice, very spacious with the perfect location. We had my 82 yr old Mom, my daughter, my niece and her 2 little girls. Plenty of seating for all with a nice large TV. The townhome was truly perfect! You’re right on the beach with that oceanfront view. 
.. Just aware, you will need to bring all the basics, nothing is provided but kitchenware. You’ll need your own sheets, towels which is noted, TP, paper towel, coffee, S&P, etc. Ive been to some VROB that do provide a small amount as courtesy to get you started, but here you’ll need to bring everything. 
. Other than that, which next year we will be prepared, our stay was PERFECT! You wont be disappointed! David, the property manager was great.
