To help ensure the hot tub stays clean and safe for all guests:

- The hot tub can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people at a time. Exceeding this may cause it to overflow, which could result in additional cleaning or maintenance charges.
- Please avoid placing any trash or foreign objects in the hot tub, as this may lead to extra cleaning fees.
- By using the hot tub, guests agree to do so at their own risk and waive liability for any injury or health issues that may arise from improper use.

Exterior security cameras are in place for guest safety.
Noise sensors inside & on the deck help maintain a peaceful environment for guests & neighbors.

Smoking and Pets: No smoking/vaping inside or outside the property. No pets are allowed at any time.

Parking: 2 car garage and 2 spots on the driveway. The driveway can accommodate two compact cars. Street parking is prohibited.
