With 1400 square feet of exquisitely designed space featuring wood floors, abundant natural light, and captivating charm, this three-room lower level apartment is truly one-of-a-kind and can accommodate up to 7 people.

Discover tranquility, relaxation, and comfort in each of the 3 private bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a full-size bed, closet, comfortable bedding, black out curtains, black out blinds, and a twin size futon couch. The couch will comfortably be made up to accommodate one person if requested. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed, spacious walk-in closet, black out curtains, black out blinds, and the same commitment to comfort with bedding. Bedroom 3 has a full-size bed, closet, comfortable bedding, black out curtains, black out blinds, and French doors that can close to create more privacy. You will be provided with a fully stocked experience, with all linens included, such as towels, sheets, and kitchen towels, ensuring you have everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Enjoy the comforts of home with our fully equipped kitchen, providing everything you need for a delightful culinary experience. From basic cookware and utensils to a range of tasty breakfast essentials included, your stay ensures a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. The grounds are completely surrounded by a privacy fence, monitored using a 24 hour security system, and off street parking for vehicle protection in a covered carport is available if desired.

Polar Plunge stay

Went to st. Peter to do the polar plunge and this was a great place to stay. Quiet, clean and cozy and just blocks from down town.

This place is a gem! Nestled in a very quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking; easy check in/check out; comfortable beds with tons of pillows; extremely soft towels; and tasty treats for breakfast. Hosts are great communicators. Will definitely stay here again!

Very nice accommodations with lots of room. Quiet and clean yet within walking distance to the charming downtown. Hosts were communicative and obviously take good care of their property. Will certainly stay here again when coming to visit my son at Gustavus Adolphus College.

We stay at this property on the Saturday night of Gustavus Homecoming. My girlfriends and I are alumni and looking for a place where we could all stay together. This property was very cute and clean. Most important for me, it had comfortable beds, great water pressure in the shower, and hotel quality towels.

Sweet Spot in St. Peter

A colleague and I met half-way between our respective homes to catch up with life and work. We enjoyed the quaint and quiet sanctuary space. We were within walking distance to parks and shopping and a short drive to Mankato. Ariana and Erik were wonderful hosts!

Had a great stay, very clean and welcoming. Great location close to 169, within walking distance to restaurants and stores. Great hospitality and communication, only thing was my husband is about 6’3 and a big guy the beds are very low to the floor and the living room furniture is small for big guys.

Comfortable and attractive

The location was perfect for us. It is centrally located and easy walking to downtown. We found it very clean and attractively decorated. Clearly the host has worked to make it inviting and comfortable for guests. The queen bed in bedroom 2 was low, but comfortable for us. We'd recommend adding bed stands. We would enjoy staying here again.

St Peter Chapel

The cute updated Chapel VRBO was perfect for 5 adults and was a great home base during graduation weekend. Fully stocked with dishes, kitchen items. The bathroom towels were amazing... thick and cozy! Ariana even located a crock pot at the last minute! We will plan to stay again during the Fall!!

Ariana was so gracious! Place was spotless, bed and bedding was comfy. Ariana had thought of everything. She even provided juice, milk and A continental breakfast. I highly recommend staying here. Oh! The patio.. so stinking cute!?

Our stay in St. Peter, MN

Clean and quiet which was nice but sofa was very uncomfortable and bed too firm for my wife. No TV's in bedrooms either. They didn't shovel snow from entry way or stairs so a little treacherous hauling things into house.
