My husband and I are both native Oregonians and have spent many family vacations in Pacific City with our children, parents, aunts, uncles and cousins over the years. In 2019, we were able to purchase an affordable lot on which to build our dream vacation home. We are excited to be able to share our home with our friends, family and others who share the same love of the Oregon Coast

The guest bedroom offers an inviting queen-size bed, cozy linens, and a Smart TV. The bunkroom is great for children or adults, with a full-size bed, two twin beds, a Smart TV, and entertainment options for little ones.
Kitchen and Dining: The spacious open concept great room includes a fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen features high-end appliances and an oversized island with an eating bar that seats 4. A custom dining table can seat 6 guests, perfect for enjoying meals together.
Living Room: The cozy living room area provides ample seating and lounge space with leather furniture, custom tables, a wall-mounted Smart TV, and a gas fireplace, creating a comfortable atmosphere for relaxing evenings.
Game Room: The heated garage is set up as a game room, offering a game or puzzle table, a ping-pong table, and a Smart TV, providing entertainment options for rainy days.
Outdoor Spaces: The front deck, fully fenced and gated, offers a partially covered area to enjoy the beach community's sights and sounds.
