Les propriĂ©taires sont des visiteurs rĂ©guliers et adorent cet endroit! La maison a un salon ouvert. Les caractĂ©ristiques comprennent un foyer au gaz, un plafond voĂ»tĂ© et une barre de petit-dĂ©jeuner, et une table de salle Ă  manger assez grande pour 8 personnes. A l'Ă©tage, il y a deux chambres, chacune avec des lits queen size, deux salles de bain complĂštes et une buanderie. Un 1/2 bain est situĂ© en bas. La maison est meublĂ©e avec les fournitures nĂ©cessaires pour cuisiner et manger - Keurig et cafetiĂšre, micro-ondes, et toutes les casseroles et poĂȘles et assiettes dont vous aurez besoin. Il y a un garage pour une voiture disponible et une terrasse couverte Ă  l'arriĂšre qui est assez grande et assez privĂ©e pour profiter du barbecue Ă  gaz fourni lorsque vous faites griller. Il y a des sentiers pavĂ©s menant Ă  la plage juste devant les portes (avant ou arriĂšre), ainsi que de nombreux sentiers pĂ©destres pavĂ©s dans Shoreline Village et Nestucca Ridge voisin - vous pouvez emmener les enfants ou le chien se promener dans tout le quartier. Rendez-vous Ă  pied Ă  la brasserie Pelican, ramassez des pizzas, louez du matĂ©riel de surf ou, chaque matin, rendez-vous au Stimulus Espresso pour des pĂątisseries et du cafĂ©. Utilisation du clubhouse avec salle de fitness, TV grand Ă©cran et table de billard.

Our favorite beach in all our travels! The place was super clean, convenient to visit surrounding areas, had tons of spices and the kitchen had tons of utensils, pots, plates & glasses for our stay. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and taking the beach chairs to enjoy the beach on several occasions. The Pacific City longboard contest was the highlight as we could walk 4 min from our place to the beach. Thanks for opening your place for us to enjoy too!

Great Place! This is our 4th year staying in Shore Pine Village. The house is great and well stocked. Highly recommend.
The Sunsets are Amazing and a five minute walk from Shore Pine house.

We loved our month long stay in Pacific City, Shorepine Village. The property was in a quiet development within walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. The home had comfortable furnishings and a well stocked kitchen. We slept well in the cozy king bed. The property owner was very responsive to any inquiry we had and reached out to notify us of the Kamchatka earthquake that triggered a tsunami watch for the pacific coast. We'd love to return to this comfy beach house.

A Little Get Away Gem

Tucked into a cul-de-sac, this beachside retreat is the perfect Oregon Coastal stay. Clean, quaint and with all the amenities...,BBQ grill, water toys (incl. kayaks/paddleboards/surfboards!)...and a very short walk to the beach. We were sitting out on the back patio enjoying morning coffee, and two deer walked very close by. So nice. Shanon and Marcia were great. There was a communication lag but that's due to all coms going thru the folks at VRBO...certainly not a bad reflection on Shanon or Marcia. For the price, you'd be hard pressed to find a comparable gem. Very highly recommended.

Lovely property in a quiet neighborhood. Close to beach. There was a hiccup with housekeeping on arrival but manager quickly responded and resolved the issue. We’ll definitely go again!

Lovely Getaway Spot

We really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and relaxing time. The neighborhood was very quiet with paths to the beach. The rear path wasn't available as the gate was locked. The owner was very helpful answering questions. Would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

Paradise with a Beach That's a Walk Away

I try to come to the Oregon coast every year, and this area never fails to impress. The property was absolutely wonderful, with only a short walk right to the beautiful Pacific City beach!The hosts were great, attentive to my questions, and quick to respond. I wish i could give a higher than 5 star rating!

Amazing location, comfy home

My friend and I had such a great time at this beach house. It was clean and comfortable, with a kitchen well-stocked with good cooking utensils and modern appliances. The gas fireplace was another favorite feature -perfect for stormy winter nights. We loved that it was close to the beach and also right off the road to the Pelican Pub and nearby restaurants on Brooten Rd, too. The downside of being somewhere so walkable was that there was a fair bit of noise from the road (not late at night, but definitely starting early in the morning). Everything else about it was perfect - highly recommend this vacation spot!

A perfect October on the coast

We had the most perfect stay here, from walks on the beaches, hikes in the forest, mushroom and huckleberry hunting, and fall festivals. Even our geriatric cat enjoyed staring out the window at the deer and birds. A perfect, quiet location with comfortable beds and well supplied kitchen. I admit, I sorted through the kitchen and arranged as I like. The knives could use sharpening if you’re staying and have the time. The garage has all the water toys you could want, but just watching the surfers from the shore was fun.

Beach house stay

Quiet and cozy townhome just a short walk to the beautiful beach. Pacific City is a small and fairly quiet beach community with good restaurants and Pelican Brewery walking distance right on the beach. We had a wonderful stay!

Great Place to Stay!

We loved our stay in this Pacific City Beach House. Close (7 minute walk) to beach. Located in gated community. House has EVERYTHING you need. Great fenced backyard for our Aussie. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Owners are fantastic with communications. Check in is easy. Instruction sheets are provided. And comfortable beds. We will be back.

Dory Days Vacation

We stayed here during our annual family reunion weekend at Cape Kiwanda. It was super close by to where the rest of the family camp. We loved the house and the private backyard. Very peaceful!

Great place in a cute, quiet neighborhood

Comfortable space with pretty much everything you might need provided. Bring your food or other specific amenities, not many nearby places and no food delivery yet, but there are a few good local chains. If you can walk to the beach, there is a large dune with stairs on one side only. No good way to get equipment there, bring a few athletic friends or it will be tough. Otherwise it's very nice! The king size bed is a little bouncy, FYI, if you're a light sleeper or your partner is bigger you might want to plan ahead if possible. Lots of broken rest from getting jiggled around from every movement all night. (We're a little spoiled because we have a Tempur Pedic at home!) Overall great place!

We first came to Cape Kiwanda on vacation and fell in love with the beach, the surfing, the hiking, and the atmosphere. We can't live full time at the beach just yet, so we thought we would share this wonderful place with others until we can.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property is within walking distance of the beach, the Pelican Brewery, the State Park - but yet it's very peaceful. There are walking trails all around the village. Golfing, Casino, and Wine tasting are all within driving distance for day trips. Just being here will make you smile.
