COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Pool (depth 1’ - 11’, open Memorial Day-Labor Day), golf
course (additional fee, call ahead to schedule), tennis/pickleball courts, disc golf course,
children’s playground, and boat ramp. We are not responsible for unexpected closures of any of the community amenities. The house is about 10 minutes to the closest store/gas station which is right at the entrance to Diamondhead. If you are coming from I-30, there is a Walmart near our exit, if you want to stop before you come to the house. A gate card may be required to enter in the neighborhood. There will a $25 fee if the gate card is not left at the house at the end of your rental period.

INDOOR LIVING: 4 flat-screen TVs with streaming services (will require your own login), dining table-seating for 8, breakfast table, large sectional in the living room

OUTDOOR LIVING: Furnished deck, porch swing, lounge chairs by water, charcoal grill, boat dock with one slip and boat tie-ups on the side. BYOB-Bring Your Own Boat.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, dishware/flatware, cooking basics, full knife set, Keurig
coffee maker, microwave, wet bar with ice maker, wine cooler
