Such a wonderful place, truly deserves the high rating! Everything was so seamless and nice, just exactly what you want on vacation. The location and view can't be beat, clean, well stocked, parking was easy, beds were comfortable. Small touches throughout the unit made it feel welcoming and a bit more luxurious. Nicole was really kind and accommodating. Can't recommend Seabreeze on the Harbor enough!

Nicole our host was absolutely amazing and attentive if we needed her. Her lovely home has the most beautiful views and a very short walk to everything. Great place to relax after long days of exploration. And the book collection was amazing! Thank you for everything!

Absolute perfection! Spotlessly clean! We made a game out of trying to find something the place didn’t have! We couldn’t find one thing missing. 5 stars all the way!

We had a wonderful stay at Seabreeze. Our host, Nicole, anticipated our questions and provided all the needed information. She was very prompt in responding to the questions we asked. The location in downtown Stonington was great for us and sitting on the wraparound deck watching the harbor with our morning coffee was bliss. Highlights of our stay included a Sea Kayaking tour with Osprey’s Echo. Our guide was so informative of the history of the area and the wildlife we spotted.

We loved the views and watching the busy dock. Beautiful area! We were very comfortable in the condo. Totally enjoyed our stay! We made two trips to Acadia National Park and thought the trip was a bit long each time. Very hilly and curvy, but I love to drive, so I took it as a challenge. If the park is your goal, plan on an hour and a half drive. The scenery is gorgeous and interesting.Our host made us feel very welcome with fresh flowers and a very quaint home. We had a bit of difficulty with the tv, finding certain channels. A tv guide would have helped. Normally wouldn’t have been a problem, but it was football season.

What an amazing spot! This was the perfect spot for our family - we loved sitting on the deck watching the harbor and it was a VERY short walk to everything. The unit was beautifully furnished. If this is available for your dates, do not hesitate!

Look no further. Seabreeze on the Harbor 1 is, hands down, the best accomodation that we have stayed at ever. The location is perfect for watching a working harbor, the accomodation is immaculate and beautifully and thoughfully laid out, and Nicole and Rick are wonderful hosts. We are already looking to book again.

Our stay was perfect! The only thing that could have made it better was if we would have stayed longer. The house was exceptionally clean and welcoming. There were fresh flowers, and a welcome note which added to the charm. The bed and bedding were comfortable. The landscaping was beautiful. Excellent location - right on the water and just two blocks from the little town of Stonington Beautiful view from both indoors and out. Our host was the best. Great communication from start to finish. I highly recommend and hoping to stay there again.

What a Great Stay

Stonington is the best and being able to walk to everything made it even more special. We had an action packed stay with just enough down time sitting on the balcony watching the action too. Nicole and her sister made our stay perfect. So clean, so neat and perfectly appointed. A great Holiday Home.

Seabreeze is a beautiful waterfront home located within easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants in Stonington. Wonderful view of the harbor! Nicole was the best host. Very kind and responsive to any questions. We loved our stay and hope to be back again!

Perfect! Very clean with extra touches of soaps, lotion, many books. Kitchen was well stocked. Lainey washer and dryer were huge and fairly new. Hostess very responsive. Beautiful view of the harbor.

House will be good for a family of parents and 2 or 3 children. It located in a beautiful small fishing town, the views are amazing. The town has some good restaurants. The host is nice and accommodating. I would recommend to stay here.

The property and location far exceed my expectations

The accommodations are of five star quality with a spectacular location on the water in Stonington. The hosts were timely and helpful with our inquiries. There is no need for me to look further. Whenever I return to Deer Isle, this is the place I want to stay!
