Four bedrooms each hold a queen bed and its own full bathroom, giving every guest a private place to rest and unwind. The layout comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, making it ideal for families, friends, or small groups traveling together.



**Kitchen & dining**

The kitchen is equipped for quick breakfasts or simple home‑cooked meals, and a dining area with a breakfast nook makes gathering for food effortless. Everything you need for longer stays or short visits is within easy reach.



**Living area & workspace**

An open living room offers comfortable seating for downtime, conversation, or a movie night. A dedicated workspace and reliable Wi‑Fi let you stay connected or handle remote tasks without missing the relaxed vibe of the home.



**Outdoor space**

Step onto the patio for a breath of fresh air or a quiet pause between activities. The third‑floor balcony provides a simple spot to enjoy the surrounding views and unwind.



**Community amenities**

Shared facilities include a pool, gym, clubhouse, lounge areas, basketball court, walking and biking trails, and outdoor grilling spaces. These amenities are conveniently located within the community and available throughout your stay.



**Added comforts**

Air conditioning and heating keep the interior comfortable year‑round. An in‑unit washer and dryer, self check‑in with a smart lock, and free on‑premises parking add extra ease. The property is pet‑friendly, so your four‑legged companion can join the adventure.

Nestled in Lutz, the home offers easy access to the University of South Florida, the Museum of Science & Industry, and major highways that connect you to the wider Tampa area. Whether you’re planning local outings or a longer stay, the neighborhood provides a practical base with comfort, space, and flexibility for every part of your visit.



Guest Access:

Access & Parking:

Guests will have full access to the entire home during their stay.



The property is located in a gated community with a security guard, adding an extra layer of comfort and peace of mind.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.

About the Neighborhood:

Tampa Palms is a quiet, well-maintained area that feels laid-back while still being close to everything. It’s about 14 miles northeast of downtown Tampa and is known for its tree-lined streets and mix of nearby shops, restaurants, and everyday conveniences.



A short drive will take you to places like the Florida Aquarium, local dining spots, or the Tampa Riverwalk, where you can enjoy views along the water.



If you’re looking to shop or catch a movie, University Mall is just south of the neighborhood and has a food court, a large theater, and plenty of well-known stores. Head a bit farther south and you’ll find popular attractions like Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Adventure Island.

The property is conveniently close to major highways like I-275 and I-75, making getting around easy. You’ll be near shopping, restaurants, and local spots like Violet Cury Preserve, while downtown Tampa is just a short drive away. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Other Things to Note:

Cleaning & Housekeeping:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each guest’s arrival. Our cleaning team follows strict standards to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.



Please note that photos are meant to show the general layout and amenities of the units. Furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary, and the images may not exactly reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



The community pool and other shared amenities are managed solely by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Check-Out:

Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Housekeeping will arrive promptly to prepare the home for the next guests. Late check-outs can disrupt cleaning schedules and future reservations, and may result in a fee of up to $300.



Self-Catering Home:

This is a self-catering property, and supplies are not replenished during your stay. For your convenience, we provide:

-Bathrooms: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom

- Laundry: Detergent pods for up to two loads

- Kitchen: Paper towels, a few trash bags, dishwashing detergent, sponge, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a coffee maker (coffee not included)

If anything is missing when you arrive, please let us know so we can restock.
