Direct access to the regions top hiking and biking trails and a walk to the restaurants and shops of the hip mountain town of Davis, WV!

An expansive unit, boasting 20ft windows , overlooking the Blackwater River. Two King Bedrooms each with en-suite full baths. A master crafted, modern kitchen complete with concrete countertops. Comfortable and stylish seating for your entire group! A 60” smart TV. 50ft balcony to get even closer to the river. Access to fire pits on property and the town of Davis and it’s many trails just out the door.

The guests have access to their private apartment and balcony as well as access to the shared outdoor space including 5 fire pits

Ride your mountain bike straight to the trails!
Pets:
-We love pets, though we ask for no more than 2 well behaved, friendly dogs at a time.
-Please no pets on furniture
-Wash dogs off at the hose located at the front of the bike shop
-Use dark towels provided in entry way for wet dogs
-Please clean up after your dogs. Pick up poo from the property and vacuum and lint roll excessive fur. *Additional cleaning fee will be charged for excessive pet fur/dirt or damages
-Keep dogs controlled and on leash when outside or walking through the neighborhood.
Bikes:
-Bikes must be cleaned and stored in Designated locations provided
-don’t even think of using our towels to clean your bikes. Thank you!
