Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house for rent on Airbnb in West Miami! Perfect for families, our home is completely child-proofed, ensuring a worry-free stay. The interior boasts a professionally decorated space, creating a cozy atmosphere. Spacious patio featuring a delightful playground for kids, making it an ideal spot for families. Located 9 minutes away from Miami International Airport and other popular attractions, our house provides convenient access to the best of Miami.
House Rules:
1. Smoking Only Outside: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Guests are welcome to smoke in designated outdoor areas, ensuring a clean and healthy indoor environment.
2. Respectful Noise Levels: Please be mindful of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours. No loud parties or disruptive behavior.
3. Clean up after your pets: We love animals, but to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests, please make sure you clean up after your pets.
4. Shoe-Free Zone: Help us maintain a pristine living space by removing shoes upon entering. Complimentary slippers are provided for your comfort.
5. Childproof Safety Measures: Families with children are welcome! Ensure that childproof features are used and respected. Please supervise children at all times, especially around the playground area.
6. Proper Waste Disposal: Dispose of all trash in provided bins and follow recycling guidelines. Trash collection days are Mondays and Thursdays between 07:00 and 09:00. Please take the bins out on Sunday and Wednesday evenings.
