Miami Spice is a great place to stay for business trips or vacation with ceiling speakers throughout the general areas of the property. Central AC, Kitchen has Stainless Steel Samsung appliances, new utensils & silverware and a pantry. Washer & dryer area in garage. Entertainment room has 70-inch Smart TV. Office is a private dedicated workspace great for work, study and/or business meetings. All 3 bedrooms have Queen/Full sized beds with freshly washed linen. Both bathrooms will be stocks with toiletries, towels & wash cloths and have new appliances and marble floors.

Convenient location

This property worked well for us. We needed to go to the airport aa couple times and also needed to be near the University of Miami campus, so this was perfect. We also needed 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which this property has. Plenty of space to sit and relax when we had down time. The home was clean and had everything we needed.

Enjoyed the close location to everything Miami has to offer. Went to Virginia Beach to hunt for sea glass (1st time for me), found some!

Smooth Check in/out

Clean and comfortable home. After checking out I realized I left my phone behind, after returning to the location to retrieve my phone, We could not access the home, the owner was very responsive and reset the access code immediately allowing me to get my phone. Much Appreciated!

It was very close to the airport. It was exactly as pictured. Very clean. Very easy check in and check out process. My sister accidentally left her insulin in the refrigerator and the owner paid priority shipping to send it back to me. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for couples

This was a great short stay. The house is much bigger than it looks there were 3 bedrooms and multiple sitting areas so the early risers could get up without disturbing everyone. We needed one night before our cruise and this was perfect. We took the train from the airport and saved lots compared to Uber.There were a few restaurants to walk to, the neighborhood is mixed, but we felt safe walking in the evening.

100 out of 5 Star Stay!

I don’t know where to even start on how great of a stay this was. The host was amazing and quickly responded to the booking and answered all my questions! (this was my first stay), I felt very comfortable and the process was so easy. The home was beyond beautiful, spacious and had a family home vibe to it. It is also very close to the city and at a great location. The parking was great as well as 8-10 cars fit very comfortably. I look forward to booking this property when I need a little break in the city.

Hidden Gem

I had a great experience staying at Kathleen's VRBO! The house was spacious and perfect for our one-night stay, with plenty of room to relax. I especially appreciated the office space—it was tucked off to the side, which allowed me to focus on a few work tasks before starting my vacation. While the immediate area doesn't have a lot of shopping or restaurants, a quick 10-minute Uber ride gets you to the Lincoln Mall area or the Collins strip for plenty of options. The neighborhood felt like a quiet suburb, which was a nice escape from the hustle and bustle. Kathleen, the host, was incredibly responsive to text messages and made sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely consider staying here again the next time I'm in the Miami area!

Miami overnight with 7ppl

Property was OK. Clean but not the nicest. We had 7 ppl the ad said that living room had full size bed, and office had twin. Both rooms just had couches /lounge chairs. No bed or pull outs. Had to go fins bedding to use. We had 2 kids and a young adult so they just slept on couch. If we would have been there more then 1 day would have been an bigger issue.. Was expecting pull out couches and to have bedding ready for 7 ppl as that is what we made reservation for. . Communication and check in was good. rebigger issue.
