Downstairs has an open kitchen/living room with a half bath for convenience. The attached one car garage allows plenty of storage space.

• Peak Season (June, July, August): $3800-$3900/month (standard pricing)
• Shoulder Season (May and September):
• Preferred pricing: $3500-$3600/month (normal retail price)
• Discounted pricing (if necessary): 25% off ($2850)
• Off-Season (October to April): 25% off ($2850)
• Special Consideration (November to February): We prioritize keeping the units occupied during these slower months, so we're open to negotiations.
Please note that all prices does not include utilities. We look forward to discussing your accommodation needs and finding a mutually beneficial agreement."
A refundable security deposit of $3000 must be paid before move-in.
