Great location , cozy and clean

We stayed here for several nights and found the property clean and well stocked. The communication was great. There were helpful instructions inside the home as well. The only disappointment was the hot tub needed to be cleaned - a lot of debris floating. Consequently we didn’t use it.

Bend Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was a great spot for our family to hangout in between all of the activities we did in Bend. Location was honestly great we love biking and brought our bikes plus the house had two. It’s a short bike to town and it’s also a really awesome bike ride up to Phil’s Trail - if you like mtn biking. A great place to walk as well. Overall the location was prime. The house was great we had 4 total guests the first week and then a total of 6 guests by the weekend and we all were very comfortable. I brought my dog, the yard is not huge but it’s a great size to chill in and go to the bathroom. We are super active so didn’t need a huge yard. Overall great stay

Though a short stay of 3 nights. It was easy to find, and in a quiet neighborhood. The house amenities were great, and we will stay again if needed in the future.

Great Bend base for ski weekend

This was a great spot for our family of 5 for a ski vacation at Mt Bachelor. Nicely equipped in the kitchen, Aveda bath products. Open and modern, as pictured. Primary bedroom with bath, Jack and Jill bath for other 2 bedrooms, plus a half bath. Laundry was key for washing/drying ski items. The company checked in with us the first full day to make sure we didn’t need anything. The only very minor item was that the hot tub jets didn’t work—the company said they’d send someone to check, but it wasn’t fixed. Only suggestions for improvement might be a sponge

Family Gathering

Our extended family had the most wonderful stay at this property. Beds were reported to be comfortable and everything was so clean. We kept hearing the phrase "this place is so well stocked" from our out-of-town guests. We had such a fun time. The best part was the large table where we all ate together, played games and finished a couple of puzzles. Thank you for such a quiet haven during the Thanksgiving holiday!

This is THE place!

We'll be back!!! LOVE your place!!! After booking the property, everything was seamless! As we walked through the door, it felt like home. As I turned to close and lock the door, I saw a tablet attached on the wall with a picture frame. "Check in Here" There as clear concise expectations at our fingertips. Also, "What do" around the area plus "Yelp reviews" on local restaurants! We loved the bright open concept, labeled cabinets and drawers throughout the house. and it was very clean. I received text/email "checking in", updates, " Hot tub service "on this day/time and we didn't need to be there. Prompt response to question about turning down thermostat. Reminder for check out day/time and expectations. We can't wait to come back to visit again. Thank you!!

Great place!

Perfect spot for our team retreat. We only had two people staying in the home (others were local) but one day we all (six people) worked from the living room and it was a great space, with loads seating and electrical outlets.

The property was beautiful and clearly newly renovated. The owners put care into the comfort of the beds and living area. There were towels for the hot tub and a garage door opener for convenience. Close to the river & breweries. Would stay again.

Nice location

Nice house in a good location with easy access to westside of Bend. The backyard was nice for our dogs and it was nice to actually have a garage to park in.
