Crooked River is one of the main connecting bodies of water in the famed Inland Waterway. We are located on a no wake zone so it adds to the peacefulness of the cottage! The interconnected inland lakes and rivers provide over 40,000 acres of inland protected waterways. The lakes allow boaters the ability to explore many different areas all within the relatively calm waters that inland lakes provide.

For those that want to expore by vehicle, some of the most popular towns in all of Michigan are a short drive away. Petosky is about a 25 minute drive and Mackinaw City is 30 minutes away! Take a ferry over to the world famous Mackinac Island! Things to note:
