Good to Know

● Pool heating is included at no additional charge.
● The pool is heated by a heat pump (runs 24/7 in fall, winter and spring) that normally heats the pool about 15-20 degrees warmer than the outdoor temperature. We cannot guarantee a specific temperature. Heat pumps are off from May 1 to September 30. Please inquire about pricing and availability if you would like the heat pump on between May 1 and September 30.
● Countertops are Quartz and hot pans or pots may not be placed on them. Please use Trivet or mitt.
● Floors are Vinyl and only vinegar and water solution may be used to clean floors.
● Guest provides their own linens, towels, everyday essentials
● Monthly housekeeping by our staff required at additional fee
