Complexe en Bord de l’Eau | Plage Proche & Parking Garage Facile

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We're so glad you enjoyed your stay. We're sorry you experienced an issue with the gate code upon arrival, but we're glad our team was able to assist you once you called. We also appreciate you bringing the other items to our attention. Our maintenance team inspected the oven door before your stay and did not find any mechanical issues. At the time of the inspection, it was operating as designed, but we'll certainly have them take another look. We also apologize that clothing was found in the couch cushions. We only wish we had known during your stay, as our housekeeping team would have been happy to come back out and take care of it right away. The bedroom carpets were professionally cleaned in late June. Thank you again for your feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for another beach getaway soon!

Thank you for your review, Karla! After looking into the issues mentioned above, it doesn't seem as though they were reported in any of the phone calls or text messages that came through. I was not able to find a phone call where our team was presented these issues, the only calls were to extend the current stay. However, we always encourage our guests to report any issues they may come across in a timely manner to allow us to address them. We look forward to hosting you again in the future.
