Our farmhouse is the perfect home base for groups adventuring in and around the valley or Glacier National Park. Just 7 minutes from downtown Whitefish, 15 minutes from Whitefish Mountain Ski Resort, and a quick 35-minute drive from the west entrance of Glacier National Park. You're close to everything, without the distractions of the city. Enjoy your morning coffee out on the wraparound porch, watch turkey and deer graze in the front four acres, and sit in the year-round hot tub and relax!

We live in the area, so we're available if you need anything or have questions.

Enjoy NW MT on the farm! The property itself is made up of 12 acres in total, four acres of open pasture in the front and eight acres of dense forest behind you. On a typical day, you will see the horses grazing and, most likely, the local turkey and deer roaming.

Conveniently located to many of the area’s amazing natural attractions, you are less than 10 minutes from quaint downtown Whitefish, 15 minutes from the ski slopes of Whitefish Mountain Resort, 45 minutes from Glacier National Park (west entrance), and approximately 40 minutes to Flathead Lake. The area is a haven for recreational activities in any season and an all-around travelers’ paradise. Check out all the Flathead Valley has to offer in Columbia Falls, Kalispell, Bigfork, Lakeside, Somers plus more. The nearest airport, Glacier Park International (FCA), is about 10 miles away.

The entire space is yours to enjoy. The driveway splits to the west and you will find ample parking. The barn to east of the home and horse pastures beyond fences are restricted to guests.

UPSTAIRS:
Discover the comfort of our five-bedroom, three-bathroom home. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, offering a serene escape with large windows overlooking the picturesque front pasture. A smart TV and large closet with plenty of storage complete the space. Attached is a well-appointed master bathroom featuring a spacious bathtub and a separate standing shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the third bedroom on the main floor features a bunk with two cozy twin beds. The second bathroom (tub/shower combo), centrally positioned in the home, has dual entrances—one from the main hallway and another accessible from the laundry room area near the back door. Both bathrooms come fully stocked with essentials such as hair dryers, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The upstairs kitchen is equipped with an array of pots, pans, dishes, and all utensils. Modern conveniences include a dishwasher, oven, stove top, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave, providing everything you need to prepare meals of any size. The dining room offers seating for 6. A main living area with a couch, two comfortable chairs and smart TV are open to the dining and kitchen. A front-loading washer and dryer are provided, complete with laundry soap for your convenience.

DOWNSTAIRS:
Venture into the basement, where you'll find a second living area complete with a smart TV, pool table and foosball table, another well-appointed kitchen, and two inviting bedrooms. One offers a a queen bed and the other with a versatile full over full bunk bed plus trundle (250 lb weight limit per bed), . For added convenience, a full bathroom is also available downstairs. Enjoy the comfort and convenience of every corner of our welcoming home.

EXTERIOR:
The home has a full wrap around porch, which includes a barbecue, patio furniture with table, 2 relaxing wood rocking chairs, a fire pit, cornhole boards (Summer) and a year-round hot tub!

Due to the location and the relatively small population size of the area, there is not public transport options. Finding a ride with services like Lyft and Uber is a good choice. Other options may may be available depending on the time of year and weather conditions.

New Flooring Upstairs - April 2025

This is a working farm. DO NOT feed any of the animals or go beyond the fences. Guests assume all liability. While you may see other people on the property periodically taking care of the horses, etc. no one will need access nor enter the home.

Please be aware that Montana winter storms can hit hard and fast. You may want to consider renting a four-wheel drive in the winter months depending on your experience with weather conditions. We do have a snow removal company that will take care of plowing the driveway, and we do provide snow shovels and snow melt for use during your stay. Major storms will contribute to the timeliness of plowing so preparing accordingly is key.

The home is stocked with firewood and the private hot tub is open and serviced year-round as well.

Cellular service can be spotty depending on your provider, weather conditions, etc. Generally, the wireless internet service in the house is reliable.

Quiet and peaceful

Our family had a great time staying for a week. We were able to watch deer, turkey, prairie dogs and horses from the house.

Wonderful house and area

We loved this place! Very roomy house, well stocked kitchen and the horses were so fun to watch! The fire pit was my fav; oh wait the hot tub and table next to it is way up there too! Some tub-ed and others played cards! Perfect

We had the best time. The house was perfect for our large group. It was so close to downtown Whitefish, which we loved. The house was clean and the beds were so comfy!! We visit Whitefish often and we will definitely book here again!

Ski Getaway

The farmhouse was absolutely perfect for our 8 person- 2 family ski getaway. The house was spacious with amenities to entertain- including hot tub, pool table and foosball table. There was also a fire pit but we did not use it for our stay. We enjoyed being in a peaceful setting and watching the wildlife in the yard. It was also very nice to have condiments and other kitchen supplies available. We would highly recommend this property for your home away from home!

We were three families which included teenagers from 13 up. We had a really wonderful time. The house is in amazing condition very clean and convenient. We cooked the entire time and found exactly what we needed down to forks for the marshmallows by the fire pit. We also enjoyed the hot tub every night and it was in pristine condition. The horses by the house captivated the kids who also thoroughly enjoyed the pool table and foosball table. We had 12 people total and because we have teenagers they were a little too big to fit more than two of them in a bunkbed. Two of the teens took the sofas and we had one on the beanbag but it all seemed to work out fine.It was about 35 miles to glacier national Park and an easy drive. The road was not super windy and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Would absolutely 100% stay again and is one of the nicest places that we’ve rented and we we’ve rented a lot of of them! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Whitefish/glacier

Loved this property. There was space for all 7 of us. We made most of our meals in and enjoyed lawn games and the hot tub. Great location- 30 minutes from Glacier and Flathead lake. Beds were very comfortable and the place was clean. Highly recommend for families.
