Watch all of the boats cruise by on the bay or look for the wild horses on Assateague Island right from the condo balcony. Beautiful views of the ocean crashing onto Assateague Island from the back deck. Peak-a-boo view of the ocean from the front door. The boardwalk inlet is just 2 blocks east where you can enjoy Thrasher's fries and Trimper's rides and games at Marty's Playland! 2 blocks south is the Oceanic fishing pier. 1 block south is Sunset Park where you might enjoy events like concerts or beer tastings.

This is a one king bedroom with an ensuite bath. There is no tub. Pillows, blankets, and sheets are provided. Beds will be made unless you request otherwise. There is a half bath in the hallway. Towel sets are provided.

The great room includes the living area, dining area, and kitchen. There is a queen size sleep sofa. Pillows, blankets, and sheets are provided.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, glassware, and pots and pans. It includes both a Keurig and a drip coffee pot. There is a microwave and a dishwasher. There is a slot toaster and a toaster oven.

The laundry area includes a stackable washer and dryer.

The balcony has four chairs from which you have an amazing view of the route 50 bridge, Assateague Island, the inlet, and the coastguard station.

The bedroom and the living room each have a Roku tv on which you can sign into your favorite apps.

This is a fourth-floor unit with one assigned parking space and one shared space. The elevator is just around the corner from the condo.

An essentials bag intended to help start your stay is provided. It includes: paper towels, toilet paper, laundry and dish detergent, and sponges.

Early check in of 1pm can be requested with at least 72 hours' notice prior to arrival date for $35. Early arrival without appropriate notice will incur a fee of $45. There is no late check out available.

No pets. No smoking. Please confirm pool opening and closing dates. This is a Saturday to Saturday only property only in the summer.

This property is only rented 10 to 12 weeks per year as it is truly our home away from home. As a result, it does not get many reviews, but it is kept in tip top condition.
