What is Provided?
→ Leave these at home because we provide them for the duration of your stay: Linens, bath towels, hand washing soap, shampoo/bodywash/conditioner, dishwashing soap, dish sponge.
→ We'll get you started but please bring extra if your stay is longer than a couple days: toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dryer sheets.

Other Items:
→ Please bring a supply of firewood and kindling if you would like to use the fire pit.
→ We recommend using water shoes if you plan to swim in the lake
→ Four exterior security cameras are on the property monitoring entry into the doorways
→ Noise decibel monitors are on the property inside the cottage. These do not record conversations. They monitor decibel levels

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living onsite 24/7.

Notes on the Booking Process:
Booking on VRBO is step one. To complete the booking process, we require all guests to e-sign our Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking and agree to a security deposit hold. Our rental agreement goes into more detail about the property, our policies, etc. that will help ensure you have the best stay possible. You will get a VRBO message with the link to complete this second step after booking on VRBO .
