- Maximum Occupancy: 8 guests maximum. Exceeding this may result in eviction without refund.
-- Pets:
- Allowed with a $25/night per pet fee.
- You must clean up after your pet inside and outside.
-- Parking:
- Limited to 3 vehicles.
- Park in designated areas only.
- No street parking. Illegally parked vehicles may be towed at vehicle owner’s expense.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 25 years old to rent.
-- Noise & Quiet Hours:
- No amplified music beyond the property line.
- Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- No noisy outdoor activities/spa use during these hours.
- No Parties/Events: No gatherings, weddings, or commercial filming.
- Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited inside and outside the property.
- Fireworks/Open Fires: Not allowed on the property at any time.
You have access to all areas of the house, except for a few locked closets containing the owner's personal items and cleaning supplies. Rest assured, there’s plenty of space for you to store your personal belongings during your stay.
The best way to reach out to us is through the booking platform as our messages are monitored. We typically respond within 30 minutes during the hours of 7am-10pm.
Our cabin sits in a cozy neighborhood and within close distance to snow resorts, hiking, mountain biking and lake activities. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
Our neighborhood welcomes young and old and creates a relaxing atmosphere for all. Lots of ways to stay busy in our home and in the Big Bear Lake area.
Within minutes of our home, you’ll find Bear Mountain Resort, Snow Summit Resort, Big Bear Lake, Alpine Zoo, Big Bear Lake Village, scenic walks, hiking trails, roller coaster, golf, mini golf, go karts, horseback riding, kayaks, boating, fishing, mountain biking, zipline, sledding, axe throwing, tubing, gold mining, rock climbing, bowling and much more!

PARKING: 3 parking spots available directly in front of the cabin.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT: there is a free trolley that goes around Big Bear which can be accessed 5-10 min walk. Uber/Lyft is not as reliable in Big Bear.
SNOW: Please know that we all LOVE IT when it snows, however, understand that it is your responsibility to get to the cabin and to vacate the cabin on your departure date. No refunds will be made if you decide to leave early or for some other reason could not make it to the cabin due to the weather.
CHAINS: California Law requires that if traveling to Big Bear during the winter months (November to April) snow chains for your tires must be carried in your vehicle, so please plan accordingly. You may have to dig out your car during snow storms.
As per Big Bear Lake policy (not ours), you’ll need to agree to and sign the City of Big Bear Lake’s "Good Neighbor Policy" before gaining access to the house. We’re also required to verify your identification. This process is done electronically, but you also have the option to visit our check-in office if preferred.
Additional Notes:
Free Spectrum High Speed internet and WiFi.
It's a pet friendly home. But please ask prior to request to book and we can send a payment request for a daily pet fee of $25 per pet per night. You are still required to clean up excessive hairs and poop of your pet.
Gas grill provided - while we do our best to have propane at the house, we do not provide it as an amenity. If we are out, please refill your propane at DIY or Moonridge Gas Station.
- BBQ: Use the propane grill only. Charcoal or lighter fluid is prohibited. Propane can be refilled at the local DIY.
- Damage: You are responsible for any damage caused during your stay and must reimburse the owner for repairs or replacement.
- Homeowner Access: Homeowners may access the property for repairs/inspections with reasonable notice.
- Liability: Guest assumes all risks. Owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness during the stay.
- Refunds: No refunds for mechanical failures, electrical issues, pests, weather, or other circumstances beyond homeowner control.
- Acts of Nature:
- Weather and natural events may affect road conditions, accessibility, and air quality.
- No refunds for delays, road closures, or power outages due to weather or other acts of nature.
- Carry tire chains in winter; check roads before travel.
- Snow removal begins when snow reaches 4 inches. You may need to shovel your parking spot if the snowplow hasn’t cleared it yet.
