The Ocean Pearl on 18th is a newly constructed luxury townhome with a Heated Pool & Beach Access that accommodates 12 guests. There are 4 stories including 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. The 4th floor has a private bonus room that is set up with two twin pullouts and a TV. Access to the 4th-floor sundeck, where you can catch the gorgeous sunrise and sunsets. The main floor living is spacious, and open and provides room for all the friends and family to gather. The kitchen is set up with top-of-the-line appliances and will make entertaining very enjoyable. Each bedroom has its own TV. The location of this townhome is so appealing! Walking distance to some very nice restaurants and of course the beach access is steps away. Pack up your beach wagon with the chairs and cooler and get ready to sink your toes into the sands of Indian Rocks Beach. There are pool loungers and a dining table by the pool along with a grill. Everything you might need is at the Pearl! Make memories and make it your return destination year after year.
Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances, ice/water refrigerator, gas stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, crockpot, blender, dual Keurig coffee maker, 4 slice toaster, oversized island with 3 stools.
Dining Area: Large table with 8 chairs, 2 entryway tables, patio doors to balcony with seating & tables.
Living Area: Sectional w/pull-out trundle/ottoman, TV & console table, coffee table, ceiling fan.
Ground Level Living Room: Twin-day bed and console table.
Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a King-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, TV, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, pack-n-play, a private balcony with seating, and ensuite bathroom

Bathroom #1 (en-suite): Step-in shower & double vanity.
Bedroom #2: Queen-size bed, 2 nightstands, TV, and ceiling fan.

Laundry: Washer and dryer located in the 3rd-floor hallway.
Outdoors: Large dining table with 8 seats, heated pool, 4 poolside sun loungers, beach wagon, 4 beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, outdoor shower, boogie board, pool toys, and corn hole game.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: You can park 4-5 vehicles at this property. Use of the garage is allowed.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
