in the open air. This home is located in the desirable Storey Lake

Family vacation

Description of the property is very accurate. House is huge. Bedrooms are great size. Beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. Lots of space for everyone to move around. Lots of pool towels and regular towels. Lovely soaker tub on main floor en suite. Large tub washing machine and dryer. Few small notes. Codes for the gate at the pool area never worked. Multiple people in other houses had this same issue.Oven mitts and extra tea towels would be good. The patio furniture had no cushions so that wasn’t very comfortable. A drying rack outside for bathing suits and towels would be handy. Overall would definitely stay at this house again!

Horrible All Around

One of the worst experiences I have had with VRBO stay. This was for my family of 8, and we stayed a total of 3 nights. On the last day while we were out, someone entered the home without notifying us first and went thru the house. I have still not heard back from property management. They told me to "write them an email about it". As soon as we arrived, I looked over the house and found one of the bar stools had 2 holes in the cushion. When anyone would sit on the stool, it would sink down and 2 large bolts would shoot up thru the seat and stab the person sitting. I immediately notified the property management about this (mainly so it wasn't charged to us after our stay) and we moved the stool aside so nobody would sit in it. They show a "Game Room" in the rental. We arrive and the Air hockey table is all beat up and there's only a PIECE of a puck provided, so we weren't able to use that. The pool table is also very worn and both pool cues (sticks) were broken. I notified the property manager immediately but didn't hear back from them until late next day. The cleanliness was also lacking. In all the bathrooms we found "body" hair around the sinks, in the showers, and even found it on a few pillows on the beds. We also killed a total of 4 cockroaches in the kitchen during our stay. This was a 3 night stay and we went to the theme parks during the day, so it wasn't as if we were sitting around analyzing every little thing, these were blatant issues.
