* Maximum overnight occupancy is 16; maximum daytime occupancy is 25.
* The garage at this property is NOT accessible to renters.
* Pool will be heated to a minimum of 80 degrees through the April 1 - October 31 pool season.
* This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. Additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.
* Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
* This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.
* VRBO Sleeping Arrangements: Sleeping arrangements and amenities do not accurately display on the VRBO/Homeaway platform. If you have any questions or need clarification, please send us an inquiry.
