Entry: Stepping inside the main unit, Guest-room 1 greets you on the left, while stairs to the right lead to the upper floor featuring Guest-rooms 2 & 3, a full bathroom, and the dining and kitchen areas.

Guest-room 1: A king-size bed hovers above a private living space, equipped with a smart TV and mini-split AC/heater, offering a cozy retreat for both kids and adults. The couch also doubles as a bed.

Guest-room 2: Located at the top of the stairs, this room features a comfortable California king bed and a dresser, providing a snug space to relax and unwind.

Guest-room 3: Compact yet inviting, this space is perfect for little ones, with a couch that effortlessly converts into a double bed and smart TV.

Full Bathroom: Positioned on the second floor, adjacent to Guest-room #2 and off Dining Area 1, this bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, and a spacious vanity. Stocked with towels and essential toiletries, it ensures a seamless and comfortable experience during your stay.

Dining Area(s): Upstairs, you'll find two dining tables. The first dining area has a round table that can accommodate 4 guests and is perfect for board games, poker nights or a table for the kiddos. The second table can accommodate 6 guests and provides an ideal setting for shared meals and conversations with friends and family. A spacious built-in couch offers additional seating, and the kitchen bar top can accommodate 2 more guests. There are extra chairs in the garage to bring up if needed.

Bathroom: Freshen up in our rustic but charming corrugated metal walk-in shower, a space designed for simplicity and functionality. Adjacent to the shower, you'll find the toilet, ensuring your bathroom needs are met with ease.

Garage: Accessible both from inside Unit 2 and the patios of Unit 1 and 2, the garage is a treasure trove of fun and designed to keep everyone entertained throughout their stay. Here, you'll discover a vibrant world of activities for kids and adults alike. For outdoor adventures, take a spin on our two adult bikes and explore the scenic surroundings. Guests will have access to the entire property including Units 1, 2 and 3 and each unit is accessed with a digital smart lock. You will receive a message with check in details the morning of your stay and a check out message the evening before your departure.
