THE SPACE

Discover the perfect getaway for the young and the young at heart with this stunning villa, designed to bring together large families and groups to celebrate life’s precious moments. Whether it’s vacations, weddings, anniversaries, family reunions, or corporate retreats, this villa is the ideal venue for any occasion.

The first floor features the Washington DC (master), Dubai (master), and Paris rooms, each with its unique flair.

There are 12 rooms with king beds and 12 rooms with 2 full-over-full bunk beds, making a total number of 20 beds that can accommodate up to 40 persons.
Indulge in endless entertainment options with your private bowling alley, pool-side TV, wall-to-wall TV in the living room, pool table, arcade games, and a home theater complete with a 4k 120-inch TV screen. The open-concept living room space is perfect for entertaining guests with a premium quality audio system, while all 14 bedrooms feature Smart 4k TVs and plush carpeted floors.

You’ll have access to two refrigerators, two sets of full-sized washers and dryers, and free Wi-Fi and internet. Relax and soak up the Florida sunshine with a large private swimming pool and spa (which can be heated upon request) and resort-style sun loungers and seating. The private family BBQ grill next to the pool is perfect for outdoor cooking and dining, while the kitchen is fully equipped for even the most discerning chef.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

* POOL HEATING/HOT TUB: Can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost of $ 60/day, and must be informed 48 hours before the check-in date. Please keep in mind that since the Hot Tub is connected to the pool they do not operate independently.

POOL HEATING FYI:
* The heater is set to a maximum of 95F, which is a standard, we cannot make it warmer.
* It doesn't warm up the water instantly, it takes time for it to get to its maximum set-up heating temperature.
* The pool and jacuzzi are heated by the same heater, so they'll both get to the same temperature.
* The heater does not work as a hotel/resort's heater, it will make the water warm, not hot, since it is designed to be used on smaller pools, it makes the water equally warm on both the Pool and Jacuzzi.
* On cold, cloudy, and rainy days, the water will take longer to heat up completely.

STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit: each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, one toilet roll, and 1 trash bag; in the kitchen: 1 dish detergent, 1 dishwasher capsule, 1 sponge, 1 paper towel, 1 trash bag. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, or coffee powder will be provided before check-in.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.
