Summer Winds A-415 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom fourth-floor oceanfront condo overlooking the Atlantic Ocean from beautiful Salter Path! Enjoy the open airy concept while watching the dolphins swim by. The living room with all new furniture has a convenient queen sleeper sofa, a private covered balcony with ocean views, and a smart TV. Master bedroom #1 has a queen bed, a smart TV with cable, and a newly renovated tiled bath. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, a twin day-bed, a smart TV with cable, and the convenience of access to the full bathroom in the hall. Fully Equipped Kitchen, Coffee Maker, NEW Stove/Oven, Keurig Coffee Maker, Slow Cooker, NEW Refrigerator, Blender, NEW Microwave, NEW Dishwasher, George Foreman Grill.
Smart TV with Netflix, HBO Max, and Showtime enabled. Also an adult and childrenâs lending library and lots of games!

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
