Excellent emplacement pour des vacances en famille et des escapades de golf. situé dans le centre de Myrtle Beach et North Myrtle Beach, à proximité des magasins, des restaurants, des théâtres et de la plage. Les condos ont une cuisine complète, laveuse / sécheuse, Internet, aire de pique-nique, des barbecues au gaz, des piscines sur le site, option deux ou trois chambres à coucher, parking sur place. A cinq minutes à pied du parcours de golf avec deux parcours de championnat de 18 trous. Vous apprécierez vraiment votre séjour dans nos condos.

Les condos sont idéalement situés dans le centre-ville, à seulement 1,5 km de l'océan, avec un accès facile à la plage et un parking. Le Myrtlewood Resort propose 3 grands terrains de golf (Pine Hills, Palmetto et Arrowhead) et une ambiance familiale, avec des piscines à quelques pas seulement.
Les attractions à proximité incluent Broadway at the Beach, les Tanger Outlets, le golf miniature, le parc aquatique Myrtle Waves, le nouveau musée de cire, les cinémas et les théâtres en direct, les restaurants et bien plus encore.

Nice Community; Clean and Kept Condo

Community was very easy to find, close to many restaurants and attractions. About 5 min. Drive to the beach. Unit included all the necessities, very clean and own was very responsive. Great stay!!

Great stay at Magnolia North !

The best possible compliment I can make in regards to this condo is that there is absolutely nothing I would change about it.. spotless upon arrival .. great ‘ feel ‘ to the unit .. nice decor & furnishings .. comfortable king bed .. first class accommodations for sure .. nice quiet complex .. grounds well kept .. everything I was looking for .. already looking forward to a future stay there 👍

We would rent there again.

MB for golf and Grandson's Ripken experience. Close proximity to all planned events. Visited other baseball families at beachfront and was happy to be able to stay at Myrtlewood instead of the crazy waterfront hotels.. overpriced,, dirty,, very crowded!! The host was responsive and made the VRBO an easy process for us.

Had a great stay just wasn’t provider with much and had to call for information bout pool n wifi without having to call text n should be provided with housing products like everywhere else but it was nice clean and fun

We were in Myrtle Beach for my daughters National dance competition, and staying at this property was amazing. I felt like I was at home, and we will definitely book again, and I have already referred family to book the property.

Well Kept local gem

Overall experience of the reservation and stay. Keith stopped by after check-in to make sure we had everything we needed and the condo was everything we needed. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and fully stocked with towels, kitchen needs, and bedding. The decor is beachy and tasteful and is physically in a great location to North Mrytle and local beach accesses. We will definitely be staying here again during our next trip!

Only a 5 minute drive to the beach, the condo complex and pool was very well maintained, great neighborhood, and on-site security. Definitely would stay again!

Great for convention center

We stayed here for my daughter’s dance competition at the MB convention center. It was very convenient, only 10 minutes. It was clean, quiet, and just right for our short stay. The manager was very nice, checking in on us and making sure our stay was great. We will definitely return.

Great Stay!!

We could not ask for a better place to stay! Property was in a great location. Very clean and decorated wonderfully. Pool was right out the back door. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook with. We travel a lot and we will definitely be going through Keith again if we ever have to come back to Myrtle, he was very quick with getting back to us about anything we had questions about! Thank you Keith!

Myrtle Wood Villas Reunion

My friends and I came to Myrtle Beach for a reunion trip and stayed in Keith's Myrtle Woods condo. The condo itself was fine, nothing fancy, but it did the trick. It was pretty clean and it is in a great location. The only complaint I have is that the condo had just about nothing inside of it. There was 1 roll of toilet paper, a total of 4 towels, no soap, no trash bags... ect. There were no sheets or blankets for the pullout couch. This is the first time I've stayed somewhere that did not provide these things for renters. Definitely not 5 star worthy, but, it's a great location for those looking to explore Myrtle Beach.

Description of Condominium: Two or three bedroom Magnolia North Condo are centrally located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina at the Myrtlewood Golf Club community. Our condos views range from balcony overlooking the fifteenth tee of the prestigious Pinehills Golf Course to pools. The complex has numerous outdoor pools with barbecue areas for your use.
The interior has a cathedral ceiling and ceramic tile floors in the kitchen and baths. The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed that can also be set up as two single beds for golfers. The Master Bath has a bathtub with a shower. The Guest Bedroom has two adult single beds and private entry to the Guest Bath with its large stall shower. The Living Room sofa opens into a queen size bed and the loveseat adds additional seating. The Dining area has a full-size table with seating for six. The Kitchen is spacious and fully-equipped with everything you might need-dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, icemaker refrigerator, garbage disposal, coffee maker, cookware and utensils.
Three cable televisions and two VCR's plus a computer are available for your use during your stay. A full-size washer and dryer are provided along with an iron and ironing board. We also provide soap, shampoo, paper towels, bath and hand towels, sheets, pillowcases and blankets.
The Condo is ideally located 1.4 miles from the beach at the end of 48th Avenue North. We are just minutes from 'Broadway at the Beach', 'Barefoot Landing', great shopping, dining and nightlife. It is also only 5 miles to the Myrtle Beach International Airport.

Guest Room: 1 Queen bed, flat screen TV. Shares 2nd full bath with twin bedroom.
Guest Room: 2 Twin beds, flat screen TV with DVD player
Living Room: One queen sleeper sofa, one regular sofa, occasional chairs,
flat screen TV, VCR, and DVD player
Kitchen: Fully equipped for cooking and dining in. ALL NEW full-sized appliances
Dishwasher, fridge, stove/oven, microwave.
Many small appliances: coffee maker, toaster, toaster, oven, Ninja blender etc.
A washer and dryer in the guest bathroom and iron and ironing board are there for your convenience.
