Pura Vida Beachfront Bliss is a newly renovated condo located on the 8th floor of By the Sea Condominium, where you will have easy access, across the street, to the beach! By the Sea Condominium is located directly on Seawall BLVD and about 8 minutes from popular Galveston attractions.

As you step through the front door, you'll be greeted by a cozy living space. The window showcases breathtaking views of the sparkling ocean, creating a serene backdrop. Feel the ocean breeze from the private balcony, where you can unwind with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. A starter pack of coffee pods, creamer, sugar, and tea are complimentary.

The open-concept living area connects the kitchen, dining, and living spaces, providing a perfect hub for socializing and entertaining. Whip up delicious meals in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with appliances, seasoning, and utensils. The dining area invites you to enjoy meals with seating for 4.

The living area includes an electric fireplace to keep you warm during cooler Texas nights. It also features a Smart TV with streaming apps and high-speed internet. Games and books are located in the right drawer within the TV console.

After a day of sun-soaked adventures, retire to the cozy bedroom, designed for a restful night's sleep. The bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed. The living room is equipped with a pull-out mattress within the sofa measuring full size.

Our condominium also offers amenities to enhance your stay, including a pool, tennis court, outdoor cooking area, and easy access to the sandy shores. Pool hours are 9:00AM to 10:00PM.

We hope you enjoy your stay! Here are just a few tips that may make your stay more seamless:

-Parking is a one time fee of $37.97. You will pay that to the front office upon check-in.

-There are 2 beach chairs and a beach tent located in the closet for you to use during your stay! Please remove sand before bringing it in.

-There are carts, downstairs, to help bring your belongings up stairs. Please no carts or luggage carts inside the unit. Through time they mess up our floors, doors, and walls.

-We try to keep our place as child friendly as possible, but we do have glass lamps and decorations throughout the unit along with uncovered sockets. Please be cautious when bringing little ones in the condo.

-On rare occasions, there can be construction around the building. It can get a bit noisy. Construction hours are 8:00-4:30 Monday through Friday.

-Road traffic can be heard from the patio. You have to cross the street in order to get to the beach.

-Events can be hosted in the lobby of By the Sea Condominium. The event space is fully equipped with a partial kitchen, tables, and a piano! Please message me for more information on getting that room booked out for a private event.

-A Ring camera doorbell is monitoring the outside of the front door.

-Please rinse feet from sand before entering the unit. The water hose is located at the front of the building to the left of the main entrance.

-The back gates close at 12:00 AM. To open, call the front desk at: (409) 744-5295

-If you use the sleeper sofa, there are pillows and a mattress topper in the closet. The linens are in the basket on the TV console. Please take sheets off before folding the sofa back to seated position and put them in the laundry basket, so they can be washed by my housekeeping team.

-You may place full trash bags outside of the front door.

-A dehumidifier is on the kitchen sink. Please don’t turn it off.

-Our condo receives regular pest control to keep the home as pest free as possible. Bugs thrive here because of the water. It is rare, but please understand the possibility of seeing them in or around the condo may happen. Also, please help us out by leaving doors closed to prevent them from sneaking in.

-A bath mat is available if you choose to use it. If you use it, please put it on the side of the bath tub upon departure, so it can be sanitized thoroughly.

-We are not responsible for any injuries.
