This is a true close-to-town Greenport location. You are staying in a lively North Fork vacation area near beaches and vineyards that attract many visitors. This is not a secluded countryside retreat, and there will be activity and noise, especially during peak seasons.

There is also ongoing local road construction nearby:

• Weekdays (Mon–Fri)
• Increased traffic and noise approximately 8 AM – 4 PM

If you’re looking for complete silence, this may not be the right fit.
