The massive covered patio comes equipped with a gas grill and ample seating for poolside barbecues. The fenced lawn area provides a safe place for kids to play.

The main house features upper and lower living rooms with comfortable sofas and smart TVs for flexible home comfort and indoor entertainment. Many of the rooms are equipped with a dedicated desk for those who want to work remotely. The stainless steel full kitchen is well-appointed with everything you need to plan and prepare home-cooked meals. You'll love the added convenience of two full-size fridges and a walk-in pantry.

The ground-floor studio includes a wet bar/kitchenette equipped sink, counter space, a hot plate, dishes, mugs, cups, a microwave, and a coffee maker, plus a private patio seating area for leisurely outdoor living. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

The pool is open April 1 to November 1 of each year
Streaming only with guest’s own account. This unit is not equipped with cable.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
