Our Luxury Lakefront Retreat is not just a vacation home; it's a sanctuary designed for families, outdoor enthusiasts, and those seeking a touch of high-end comfort in the embrace of nature.

This one of a kind chalet-style home offers ample space for up to 16 guests. Every inch of this retreat is crafted for family bonding and entertainment. THE LAYOUT:

→Master Bedroom: 1 king bed with an en suite bathroom and walk-in closet, two cozy loungers and a 55” tv
→Bedroom 2: 1 king bed with closet, 50” tv
→Bedroom 3: 1 king bed with closet, 50” tv
→Bedroom 4: 1 queen bunk bed with wall-in closet, 50” tv

→Living Room: with 65” tv and surround sound system, wood burning fireplace (fire wood and kindling supplied)
→Kitchen: sunbathed and loaded with everything needed for mom to make a thanksgiving dinner. We are cooks ourselves, so this kitchen has what you need to make a great meal. Just bring your ingredients.
→12-person dining table plus 4 more spots at the kitchen island
→Coffee Bar: one of our favs…fresh organic beans, a grinder and a hot water kettle are supplied for the following methods: grind-n-brew, pour over, French press. Other options: Starbucks k-cups, teas, hot chocolate, sugar and half-n-half. Did we miss anything?
→Outside upper deck overlooking the lake and property with a huge 10-person dining table, propane BBQ, loungers, bar top and stools

→Den/Seating Lounge: with 65” tv, bar top with stools and an electric fireplace
→Game Room: a 4-player arcade system with over 17,000 games, another 2-player sit down arcade system with 7,000 games, professional ping pong table, foosball, shuffleboard table and an assortment of board games
→Mega Theater Room: with 75” Roku tv, 5 speaker surround sound, theater lighting, theater seats and a huge, cozy sofa with enough seating for all the guests to enjoy

☀The Community and its Amenities:
→The community has two lakes, multiple swimming pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, playground, mini golf and more. Our lake can be used for paddle boarding, kayaking, catch and release fishing and ice skating.
→The Pools are open daily from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The house is located within a 5-minute drive to the new K Pool built in 2022. Splash pad for the little ones and a large pool for the family to enjoy. There is also a bathhouse, tennis and basket courts and a playground.

→Amenity badges are required to use any public amenities. Badges can be purchased at the Main Administration Building during your stay for $12/person per day. For stays of 5-7 days we will provide a $288 credit for purchase of badges and for stays of 2-4 days we will provide a $120 credit. You must provide a receipt for your purchases in order to receive any credits back.

→We make no guarantees that community amenities will be available during your stay. The availability of the amenities and the days and hours of operation are at the discretion of the association. Hours and days of operation are typically provided at the beginning of each week. Refunds will not be provided if community amenities are not available as we have no control over closures for any circumstances such as, but not limited to, weather, staffing, etc.

☀Community Requirement:
Per HOA and town code the following is required for all reservations:

→All guests (adults and children) and vehicles are required to be registered on the community registration form. All persons driving a vehicle will need to provide a valid and printed copy of their vehicle registration and Driver's license in order to access the community upon arrival.

→A rental agreement must be signed along with submitting a $500 pre-stay hold and photo ID (this is all mandated by HOA regulations).

→Upon booking we will send you a message to complete electronically the registration and rental agreement. Three days prior to check in you will receive another message to submit a copy of your ID and submit the pre-stay hold. All of the above must be submitted no later than 72 hours prior to your check in time to avoid full cancellation of the reservation.

*Only the persons listed on the lease agreement and community forms are allowed to be at the property. You may be fined if anyone misrepresents the number of people and ages of those at the property.

→The community registration fee of $50 has been included in the price.
*There is a $75 late fee for forms not completed within 3 days prior to arrival.

→Community quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.

☀Other things to note:
→You must be at least 28 years old or older to make the reservation and personally occupy the property for the entire rental period. Please message us for considerations.

→We do not accept reservations if a majority of the group is under the age of 28, proms, party's or 3rd party reservations.

→Parents or other individuals are not permitted to reserve the house on behalf of another person or group.

→If you have declined Airbnb's travel insurance it is highly suggested you buy your own through a third-party. We cannot refund due to weather, illness or other travel related situations.

→No more than 5 cars allowed per reservation

→ A waiver must be signed by all parties on the registration in order to use the watercraft. The waiver will be on the kitchen counter when you arrive at the home.
