Our studio condo (Unit 110) located in the Historic Jarvis building and is in the heart of downtown Durango at 10th and Main Avenue. The condo has a convenient assigned off-street parking spot and full size fully stocked kitchen and AC. The Jarvis building also features a common patio area with a gas grill and seating.

This condo is within immediate walking distance to everything the historic downtown has to offer. Go for a run or a bike ride on Durango’s river trail just two blocks away. Visit one of the many exceptional coffee shops or discover why Durango is known as the city of Brewerly Love by visiting one of our six local brew pubs. The central location simply can't be beat.

Bed Configuration:
Main Bedroom (Studio) - King Bed

There is a shared laundry room on site. It's open from 7am to 7pm and will lock before and after those hours

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

The condo is not pet friendly - please do not bring your pets or emotional support animals.

The place had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. The parking was perfect considering everything was walkable to downtown and there were parking meters everywhere. The only thing to mention, which I read the same complaint from another was the bar across the street was extremely loud on the weekend. I laughed at the original comment, but it was like a Rave pounding until 2am. We actually planned a trip to Ouray on Saturday to Sunday, so we just had one night of crummy sleep. The rest of the week was quiet.

We wanted a nice place to spend the first couple days of our anniversary weekend in Durango before we took out train ride to Silverton. The condo was great and everything was as described. They even had Rocky Mountain Chocolates waiting for us when we arrived!

The location is perfect for walking and shopping downtown. The room was spacious, bed was very comfortable. It is located across the street from a bar so it is a little noisy until 2am. The person on the floor above us sounded like they were moving furniture around most of the night so if your a light sleeper make sure you have ear plugs. The place over all was nice and spacious. I would liked the bathroom to have been a little cleaner, the shower curtain was horrendous and the tub wasn't as clean as it should have been but after contacting the host they sent a new shower curtain the next morning and there was cleaner in the bathroom so after cleaning the tub myself and hanging a new curtain all was well. The TV is a little tricky until you get the hang of it. The book that's there with the instructions for everything hasnt been updated so dont call the number listed if you need something, use the one on your booking information. Overall it is a nice place to stay, if I am ever that way again I would stay here.

This place was perfect for our needs. It is an adorable studio and well appointed. The location is as good as it gets and having our own entrance was really nice. Most of the apartments in the Jarvis are through a vestibule into a big building with an elevator, but this studio’s front door is right on the street, making it so easy. The parking spot was just across the street and super easy to access. There is noise on the weekend evenings from the bar across the street but they have a fan in the closet you can use. I also was confused on check in day (my mistake, not the owners) and they were highly responsive. Great stay! I 100% would stay here again.

Great place. Has everything you need. Bed is comfortable and bathroom and shower are clean. Kitchen has everything you need. The refrigerator will freeze your stuff so don’t turn it up you high. Location is amazing. Walk to everything Downtown Durango has to offer.

This place and location is great. Very convenient to walk to shops & restaurants. However, the bar across the road has live music on Friday & Saturday nights till around midnight which is quite loud but it wasn't an issue for us. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great location and comfortable. Note if you are looking for a quiet stay this place is across from a bar that stays open late and the train is right behind the building. I happen to love the sounds of both and would definitely be back!

Great Durango Location

Great place and location, clean and well stocked. Only downside is bar across street is very loud weekend nights.

The condo was perfect. Parking was convenient.The bar on the corner was very loud especially on Friday and Saturday nights.We did experience some confusion in finding the entrance to the condo, however the contact person was patient and very helpful.

Very good, great location close to main street and restaurants, did not need to drive around town. But did to get out to visit family and hike and go to James Ranch, a must. Bed was super comfy and clean. loved the convenience of having a kitchen for drinks and snacks, brought my own cafetiere italienne for coffee. Supermarket so close.

Great value in Durango

Perfect location. Great value for 2 adults (couch could be used for young child also). Clean, lots of linens. No dishwasher but washer and dryer available (but used by others at the adjoining condos and coin operated). Easy walking distance in downtown Durango.
