Great location for us because was close to fun Mt. Biking, “walk to town” is a bit of a stretch, would be a fairly long walk for most. We liked be out of town center though so was great. Place needs updates, but was reasonably clean. Company was easy to work with and responded to questions quickly.

Cute condo! Easy to get to town

The inside of the property was very clean and comfortable. The outside was kind of a mess, but not the hosts fault. The sheets and towels were nice, and the condo seems well taken care of. My only complaint is that the AC units are so loud, it made it challenging to sleep. Thank you!

Great place to relax after a great day in Durango

The property was a great home base for our family as we explored and enjoyed friends in Durango. The pool was terrific and the condo had everything we need.
