Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #4 has 2 Twin Bunk Sets. All bedrooms have an ocean view! On the second level, there are 2 Baths. Very pretty inside. Central Heat/Air. Ceiling Fans. Dishwasher. Microwave. Washer/Dryer. High Chair and Crib. Charcoal Grill. Interior connecting doors. Dune deck. Beautiful landscaping. 3 TVs. Stereo. To make sharing your vacation easier, a connecting door between duplexes,Footprints East, allows for convenient access and a shared living space when renting both halves.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
