Great property and location. The pool was perfect for the kids and with the beach access directly across the street, days at the beach were super easy and relaxing. I think we may have been one of the first guests of the season since we were there for two weeks starting at the end of May so the outside and inside looked a bit untidy. The property manager came and removed some of the weeds by the pool and we gave the inside a good wipe down. Management was so nice and the house was very comfortable for our entire family!

The beach house was excellent. Beach access couldn’t have been better for a second row property. The views were amazing. The host was extremely helpful and quickly responded to all of my questions. Cleaning could have been slightly better before our arrival. There was some dishes that had been put away that weren’t the cleanest and their was some hair left in one of the bathroom showers. But literally that was the only issues whatsoever we had. Great property. Would definitely stay here again and for sure highly recommend the host.

Beautiful House

We had a great stay with our family. View from the 3rd level is beautiful. Kids really enjoyed the pool and slide. Great stay for family. And the elevator was very helpful for our grandparents.

The facilities and proximity to the beach were great, as was the support from the hosts. Because we arrived at the tail end of a 40 storm event, there was a need for some impromptu maintenance. This was handled quickly and professionally.

This is a wonderful house. It is right across the street from the beach. A beautiful view from the front porch. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that we needed. We loved the pool area. It was very easy to check in on our arrival day. Would visit again!

Lovely home with stunning views to wake up to and waves to fall asleep to every day. Worth every penny. We went during the off season and it was 10 steps to the beach, with bonfires each night. If this house is available next year we would love to come back.

great week

We had a terrible storm the first night we were there. 20+ inches of rain, but the property was high enough to keep us and our cars safe while all around us was flooding. The house is very comfortable with great views and a fantastic pool. i would recommend this house to everyone.

Beautiful home in a fantastic location!

This home is beautiful and spacious with amazing ocean views - you get both sunrise and sunset views from this location! The kitchen is well stocked with many small appliances and enough dishes, bowls, cups, utensils, etc. for a large group. Beds are comfortable which is a plus. Beach access is directly across the street. Grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping are all very close (many within walking distance). Pool was fabulous! We asked that it be heated for our stay and it was perfect for the cooler temps we had. We would definitely choose this home for our next stay in Oak Island.

* Not too big, not too small - just right for a small group!* Great location which affords one of the best beach and water views on the island* Good mix of covered and uncovered outdoor spaces with a private pool area that is resort grade* Kitchen is well stocked and had the essentials needed for cooking* Nice little touches like hand soap in every bathroom and basic shower supplies, pool towels, beach toys, etcAll of this at reasonable, competitive rates compared to other properties in OI! Beautiful home with great ocean view. Just cross the road and over the dune and you are on the beach. They had beach chairs, sand toys and wagon in garage we used. The pool was great as well. We paid to have it heated. Does have an elevator put wasn’t working on day we got there so it was a struggle going up the stairs with all the luggage and supplies we brought. Was repaired a few days later so leaving made it easier to use. Kitchen well supplied with cooking pots and pans, plates , glasses, silverware ect.. We only had one problem on entry day , we were not supplied with enough towels and wash clothes for amount of people staying. James had been very easy to work and communicate with and problem got solved. It’s a very nice place and would recommend staying.
