Located less than a 10 minute walk away from the beach, Coastal Vibes is an adorable three-bedroom home in the Folly Field Beach area of Hilton Head Island. This beautiful property was completely renovated recently and is brand new to the rental market. Moreover, the simplistic and sophisticated style of this home will have you feeling at ease instantly and returning year after year.

As soon as you enter the home, you'll fall in love with the open living/kitchen area. The living room boasts brand new leather sofa and chairs and a large flat screen TV for the nights you just want to stay in and have a glass of wine. The open kitchen has everything you need to prepare a tasty home-cooked meal. Additionally, with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, it has all the upgrades you could want. The brand new dining table has seating for six and the breakfast bar seats an addition two people, which makes this home the ideal place to host a family or a few couples.

In addition to the cozy living space and brand new kitchen, Coastal Vibes can sleep upwards of six guests in its three bedrooms, making it ideal for a family vacation. Both the guest bathroom and primary bathroom have a walk-in shower. The primary bathroom boasts double vanities and both bathrooms are brand new and modern.

While Coastal Vibe's interior is definitely charming, it's fully fenced-in, large backyard offers a private space to spend time with friends and family or relax in the brand new hot tub. This wonderful outdoor space is the perfect place to grill out, throw a football or play with the dogs. Folly Field Beach Park is less than a mile and offers a beach boardwalk and showers. This home comes with beach chairs and umbrella. Overall, you can't go wrong spending your next vacation at Coastal Vibes!

The location was great and it comfortably fit 4 ppl. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the hot tub bc it was not clean; the inside was dirty as well as the cover. Additionally, the cleaning crew neglected to empty the bathroom trashcans prior to our arrival. There was no closet space in the bedrooms and the dresser in the master was very noisy. Lastly, the lock on the master bath was on the outside of the door, which is a privacy issue.

Great stay. Quick bike to beach.

Enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for our family of four with two teens. Pets enjoyed the fenced in backyard. Bikes are ideal for a quick ride to beach access.

Amazing pet friendly home

We just stayed at this amazing three bedroom home that is pet friendly. We were walking distance from the beach and as many know we were 15 mins from anywhere. We loved it so much, we are definitely going back!

This home was amazing..we’ve stayed many times in Hilton head and this is the first house we’ve rented that I didn’t have to clean anything before we would set our stuff down! We walked in the door and everything smelled sooo clean and was beautiful! We will definitely be staying here again in the future! The ONLY thing I could possibly suggest would be a place to actually lay down in the back yard and rest, a hammock or some lounge chairs that you can relax in would be great. There were plenty of places to sit, but the Adirondack chairs didn’t recline which normally wouldn’t be an issue but we both came down with horrible colds while we were there and all I wanted to do was lay in the sun and sleep. Other than that I cannot pick the house apart for anything!

We loved this home! It was so cute and the updates are so nice! Perfect location! Walking distance to the beach! Our dog loved the fenced backyard. This little home is even better in person. Very responsive property manager. Would definitely give this one 5 stars!!!!!!

The Perfect Property

Our stay at this rental home was absolutely perfect! The house was well-appointed, impeccably clean, and felt brand new. The king bed in the master bedroom brought it to another level of comfort. Its proximity to the beach and various activities made it an ideal location for our vacation. The owner's communication was outstanding, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay and even extended our stay. 5 stars and highly recommended! Come to Hilton Head.
