Welcome to the Endless Summer home on Isle of Palms, a thoughtfully designed coastal retreat with it's own private pool inside a backyard oasis. Enjoy the ease of vacationing in your own home, located on one of Isle of Palm's most picturesque residential settings that's re-designed with the perfect blend of privacy and convenience. While at home, gather with family and friends and enjoy the re-freshing pool. Make memories playing one of the countless classic yard games. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for gourmet meals. The home features two private suites, one which is located on the main floor and the other on the top floor. The two additional bedrooms are located on the main floor, one with two twin beds, and the other with two twin bunk beds. A conveniently located hall bathroom is easily accessible across from the twin and bunk rooms. Numerous technology features exist throughout the home including Google smart TV's and fast high speed internet. The home is located within a 3 minute golf cart ride from one of the island's most coveted beach access points.

When you're not cooling off in the pool or enjoying our beautiful beach, enjoy the numerous eateries and dining options just a short golf cart ride away (golf cart rentals available locally). The recreation department is a 3 minute golf cart ride and offers an array of activities including tennis, basketball, soccer and baseball fields, and a great playground.he home is stocked with basketballs, baseballs, soccer and footballs, tennis rackets/balls, and other fun family items. The Isle of Palms marina is located within a short walk and offers fishing charters, nature tours, and eating/dining options.

The Pool
Built in 2023, the 14X28' saltwater gunite pool features state of the art lighting technology, sun ledge for relaxation, and extensive pool supplies and games for fun. A relaxing covered cabana leads to the pool. The pool is equipped with heat for cooler months and chilling in hotter months. There are no additional charges for heating or chilling.

Endless Summer is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with incredible neighbors. We strictly adhere to the Isle of Palms noise ordinance. Maximum number of guests allowed is 8, no events, parties, or gathering are allowed. You must be 25 years or older to book. The noise ordinance is strictly enforced by Isle of Palms police and violations can result in fines and/or eviction. No smoking. Shed less dogs considered, please inquire and provide specific pet information prior to booking.
