This gorgeous 5 bedroom, 5 and half bathroom home was just built on Isle of Palms and will provide the perfect home for your beach escape. The living room and kitchen feature an open concept floorplan for both entertaining and relaxing with ample room to spread out. The kitchen is spacious with a large island for prep, very large refrigerator, dual dishwashers and a walk-in pantry area. Additionally, there is a bar area with an ice maker, wine fridge and beer fridge.
The living room adjoins a very large screened-in porch with an additional dining table and lounge area that overlooks the backyard and seasonally heated pool! The home features dual master bedrooms and four of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with walk in showers. Upstairs there is an additional lounge area with dual televisions perfect for kids gaming duels or watching multiple sports games at the same time. The house has Cat6 high speed wired internet to all TVs and they are setup with Hulu Cable. The house also has Sonos Speakers in the common areas. The home is less than a 5-minute walk to the beach and 6 minute drive to the markets and restaurants of front beach.
