With an assigned 1 car parking space nearby you'll always have a place for your car even on the busiest of beach days. 2 story townhouse unit offers an open concept floor plan with sweeping views from both levels. First floor with kitchen, dining/living and porch with sleeper sofa as well as a full bath. 2nd floor is all 3 BRs and the 2nd full bath. Private deck, outdoor shower, and pets will be considered! 2 beach badges included!

Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from.
