Million Dollar Beach House. La destination de vacances idĂ©ale; ce lac Maison de mer se trouve Ă  deux rues de la plage et Pavilion / Bar Jenkinson. Un endroit idĂ©al pour vous reposer, se dĂ©tendre, se ressourcer et profiter des vacances. Cette maison a une grande cuisine Ă©quipĂ©e avec appareils Viking professionnels. Cette maison est trĂšs spacieux, idĂ©al pour recevoir des invitĂ©s. Il dispose entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© quatre (4) chambres et 2. 5 salles de bains. Il y a quatre lits (4) de king size, un (1) lit queen, et trois (3) canapĂ©s. Tous les meubles Ă  l'intĂ©rieur et Ă  l'extĂ©rieur est tout neuf. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. It is walking distance to all the action (boardwalk and town) but it is located on a quiet lovely neighborhood street. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. He answered all questions right away. The house is very clean and modern and the backyard looks onto a beautiful lake. We would definitely rent there again!

Well stocked and nice view

Longer walk to beach than “2 blocks” but great backyard into lovely lake. Upon arrival the floors were not clean. Kitchen had everything and more. Everyone pretty much used hall bath upstairs. Beware: if using your own bedding, they’re all King size except the one tiny room with its own tiny bathroom. Overall, nice house and location!

Beautifully maintained home. Very clean. All the amenities. Great location. I highly recommend for families. Very response owners. No issues at all. We'd stay here again without a second thought.

Awesome location and beautiful lake views

Location was ideal for walking to the boardwalk and restaurants, and the views of the lake from the house were even nicer than the listing pics. Would love to return next year!

Great spot near everything!

House was very spacious. Nice yard and outside seating. Lake views a treat. Walking distance to beach, boardwalk, town, shops and restaurants. Had a great time. Owner and rental manager very accommodating.

Family vacation 2024

Our family enjoyed the vacation in Point Pleasant Beach NJ. The home was wonderful,clean and had everything we need for our family of 9. Our children said this the best vacation ever. Walking dist to the board walk, beach passes and parking passes included. We will 100 percent book the home again in the future.

1st vacation with our dog!

The house was perfect for my family and our dog's first vacation. Communication with the owner Max and Angela was wonderful, a nice personalized feeling for our stay. The house was clean and super convenient to walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Loved the dock and hot tube too. Would definitely book for another vacation!

Perfection in Point Pleasant

I grew up in Point Pleasant and went looking for a space to spend the Holidays with my family and found the most PERFECT HOME!!! Not only was the home clean, spacious, with all the comforts of a perfect beach home, the owner and manager were available to discuss and answer any questions we had before, during, and after our stay. THE LAYOUT!!! Home has beautifully spacious bedrooms with storage space for your personal items. The shower was delightful with awesome water pressure and excellent temperature range! Kitchen has all the space needed with a built-in pantry, which is located just off the large dining table and looks over into the living room and back tv room. THE VIEW!!!! The water views were such a pretty spot to see sunrises and sunsets from the back balcony! We also enjoyed the resident swans that come to visit. Location!!! Home is close to all the downtown restaurants, inlet, boardwalk, and beach without being immersed in the crowds. Would've given the home and experience 10 stars if I could've! Thanks again! Kaitlyn

Great house and location!

This house was fantastic for our 2 week trip to the shore. My husband and I and our teen daughters stayed the whole time and were joined by our older daughter, her boyfriend and 5 year old...plus our dogs. The house fit us all very well and accommodations were as advertised. Location was fantastic. 8 minute walk to the beach, 15 minute walk into the main drag of shops and restaurants on Arnold. Max was easy to connect with and super responsive, as was the in-town property manager, Angela. If we come back to PPB, would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable

Spacious first floor kitchen and living areas. Beautiful yard with view of the Lake. Only downside was configuration of the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms; second bathroom was attached to one of the bedrooms (not the master) so it made sharing more difficult. Very easy check in and check out.

Shore Getaway

This house was perfect for our family of 4 and our friends family of 3. The owner Max was very accommodating and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. The house is located on a lake and the kids loved feeding the swans that came to visit. There was a hot tub which was nice and relaxing. It’s only a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. We will definitely be back next year! It was the perfect shore getaway.

The property was very clean and well appointed. The bedrooms were a little small but clean and comfortable. Max was on top of the situation and very responsive to our needs. It was an extemely nice stay and backing up to the marina was a bonus!

Beautiful house with an amazing view!

We had a fantastic time in Pt. Pleasant at Max's house. He and his property manager were responsive and helpful, both before and during our visit. The space itself worked very well for us (two couples with young children) and would have been comfortable with even more guests. The view of the lake is spectacular and the beach is a short walk away.

Great house on the lake

We were a group of 12 and this was a perfect house for us. Max and Angela were very responsive to our needs and the house was perfect. We had several kids (2 to 13) and all enjoyed every aspect of the home. Will be sure to stay again!

PPB Trip

The process of renting was quite easy along with the communication from the landlord. Great location to the boardwalk and near by restaurants. Great view of the lake just limited access to the lake from the property due to low tide. Pet friendly which was also a great feature. Wood floors in the downstairs but made coming down the steps a bit noisy in the morning. A great house for families with a large open downstairs with two areas outside to sit and enjoy the view.

Lake house

This property was exactly what we had hoped for. It was clean, roomy, and very peaceful. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had all the tools that we needed (except a whisk :). I loved the lakeview and the rooftop deck was perfect! The location was just around the corner from the boardwalk which would've been Awesome for my older kids had the weather been warmer. Definitely recommend!

Last minute family vacation

Booked this lovely home for our family on the lake. Clean and spacious. Exactly as pictured and described. Walking distance to large beach which allowed for comfortable social distancing during the Covid pandemic. Plenty of outdoor dining space and watched the fireworks from deck.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This is the perfect site to relax and unwind with the amazing water front views of Lake Louise. We purchased this house because of it's peaceful, quiet location. However, shops and restaurants are conveniently located close by. The house is located two blocks from the beach and Jenkinson's Pavilion/Bar. Point Pleasant Beach offers the best of both worlds. The chance to relax and unwind and the opportunity to experience great dining, shopping, and other attractions. This house is very spacious, perfect for entertaining guests. It features completely remodeled four (4) bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. There are four (4) king size beds, one (1) queen sized bed, & three (3) sofas. The second floor features a HUGE sundeck with 3 chaise loungers. There is also a large 5 burner grill and an outdoor shower on the first level. Oh yeah, it's lake front with a shared dock.
