Another Vrbo cancelled on us last minute, but thankfully we were able to get into here. We had a large group celebrating my upcoming wedding and everyone was blown away. The booking and check in process was seamless, and the house was so much fun. It was also much closer to Disney World than we expected. We had a blast and would definitely recommend. The entire experience was such a relief after dealing with the previous property. I would absolutely book again!

My family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. Everything was as listed. The space accommodated all of our needs and the staff was very responsive to our requests. The youth in our family truly enjoyed the game rooms and the entire family enjoyed the movie theater and the outdoor area. We would definitely stay here again! Great overall experience.

This house is huge! It had so many cozy bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. The pool was heated to the perfect temperature, and the whole family loved the arcade.

We had an amazing stay! We had a group of 19. From the moment we booked until checkout, communication with the host was excellent. The home was beautiful, spacious, clean, and exactly what we needed for our group. Everyone had their own space to relax and feel comfortable, and all of our guests were very satisfied with the accommodations.We celebrated our birthday weekend here, and this home definitely helped make it one for the books! We enjoyed the house, the amenities, and being able to spend quality time together under one roof. Everyone had a wonderful time, and we made so many great memories.We would absolutely recommend this home to anyone traveling with a large group, and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The house was incredible and exactly as advertised and pictured. Spacious, comfortable, and with full of activities. The location was perfect for us. We only had one issue with some of the electrical outlets in the kitchen and bathroom.

The house was spacious for 24 people. The game rooms were fun and the host company was very attentive to any problems we ran into. We cooked all meals in house and the kitchen worked great for our needs!

Great home and location and the home is full of things to do! We will be back! Only thing we were disappointed in was that there is a picture of a grill on the patio in the photos and when we arrived there was no grill. We were told we could rent one but at this price point and size of a home, I think a grill on property shouldn’t be a question.

Amazing stay

By far the best house I have ever rented. Beautiful house, very clean and the communication with the host was perfect. Matt was so efficient and accommodating. Messaged me back with 15 minutes every time I reached out to him. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was great. Spacious, clean, and a well-stocked kitchen — at least two of literally everything (coffee makers, sinks, dishwashers, toasters, etc.). Great location, close to everything. Kids loved the arcades. The pool was bigger than the typical Orlando Vrbo pool, and the water was warm and nice.We had two minor issues — wifi and an outlet that wasn't working (tripped breaker) — and the host resolved both within minutes. Probably the fastest-responding host I've ever worked with.Check-in was smooth, and the gates were all digital — none of the usual hassle of checking in at a main gate and walking away with a paper pass you'll lose.I'd have to stretch to find complaints, but a few small things we noticed:• No tissues• No baking/cooking sheets (like I said, literally everything else)• No salt and pepper shakersHad a great time and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Highly recommended.

Great House. Pay for heat in the hot tub, really?

Great house. Clean spacious. 5300 for 4 days, but why charge for heat in the hot tub? No gas in the propane tanks? Felt like we were being nickle and dimed.

Unlike other companies, we do not charge for use of grill and we advise our guests to purchase propane if they want to use it :)

When you rent a nice house for 4 nights you don't expect to have to pay extra for things like heat in the hot tub. You do expect to have a grill. We stayed here last year and had a grill. This year you told us after we arrived that we would have to rent one. Every house on the street has a grill. When you are cooking for 12 people a grill is a necessity not an option. Buy a grill! And apparently based on the check out procedures you still seem to think you have a grill as well. Yet you told us to rent one.

Thanks for your feedback. Just to clarify, pool and spa heating has always been an optional add-on, including during your previous stay. The grill was removed from all of our homes last March and has not been listed as an included amenity since then. All current amenities and add-ons are clearly reflected in the listing prior to booking. We do appreciate you choosing to stay with us again 🙂

Family Getaway

The house itself is nice, the rooms were spacious and the area was upscale. However there were a few issues with our stay. Mainly the cleaniness of the home. There were used Qtips in 1 bathroom, the theater room had hard dried food on the chairs and cup holders, the grill drip pan hadn't been cleaned in months and the wifi connection was horrible. Many of our movie nights were interuppted. The positive thing was each complaint I had was taken care of by the Operations managers. I guess the wifi was out of his control
