Wonderful for Large Families

This is great house for large groups that have kids. The host was super receptive and helpful with any small issues that came up, like toilet paper and towels. Highly recommended if in the Orlando area.

First of all, this property is beautiful and clean. It is very spacious and accommodated our family perfectly with room to spare. Super close to Disney parks which made going and coming so much smoother. The host, Jackie, was also very easy to communicate with and was so nice and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to any large family wanting a safe, clean, and comfortable place to stay.

We rented this house for a 40 year reunion of high school friends. The house was beautiful and everything we needed and more. Our contact, Jackie was super informative and very helpful. Can’t wait until we rent it again for our 41st reunion.

Perfect property and location for peaceful family holiday!

Jackie’s property was as advertised and perfect for our annual Thanksgiving family get-together. Jackie our host was very friendly, professional, responsive to any questions we had! Check-in was very easy, and unlike many neighborhoods in the Kissimmee area, the security personnel were very friendly and worked quickly to get all the cars into the gated community. Very quick to get in and out of the community as the toll road exit is right next to the neighborhood. Property was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet during the day and at night. Pool and spa heat was very responsive natural gas as opposed to heat-pumps which can take time to warm up. The pool and spa were very good sized, and the kids had a blast! We also enjoyed the generous seating in the dining area and living room, as well as the second fridge. Would absolutely stay again! A+

Golf getaway

8 physicians on a guys golf trip. The house is in a great location. We have stayed in Encore Reunion for at least the last 10 years. This house is the best equipped house we’ve stayed in. Plenty of dish ware and utensils as well as small appliances. If you’re coming with kids I’d recommend some plastic dinner and glass ware since the first floor is tiles. Anything that is dropped is likely yo break. The rooms were all nice and had ceiling fans. I will mention that 2 of the bedrooms are really only usable for kids since they have very small bunk beds with minimal mattresses. That was an issue with 8 adult males. Pool and hot tub and outdoor area were very nice. Overall id definitely book this again.

The home is beautiful The home had broken items, was not clean and roaches throughout The owners were responsive however when they offered to arrange someone to clean we were already having our gathering The garbage disposal is also broken I wish it could have been different

Such a fabulous home. The owners were so accommodating and kind!

We came into town for a volleyball tournament at the Orange County Convention Center! The house was PERFECT for our group and about a 30 minute drive to the tournament! So much fun and such a great area to stay! Highly recommend this house!!!!

Family Gathering

The owners were very quick to respond to my questions. The property was very clean and provided everything necessary for our stay besides food and drinks. (However, a few large serving spoons would be helpful.) Even when there was an air conditioning problem, the owners were very quick about responding and trying to fix the problem. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay.

Passover getaway

We had an amazing experience. Both the host and hostess were always there to answer our questions and help fix the issues we had. This house was stocked with EVERYTHING one can possibly need. Was in a great location and everything about the house was perfect.

Beautiful Family Vacation

My review and the description is far less from being a lie. My family and I enjoyed this site so much. The decor was beautiful and the hosts kept us updated on everything before our time began. Mrs. Phan made herself very available to communicate on everything and made sure we had everything for our stay from the kitchen supplies and needs to the bedroom and bathroom needs. The pool and jacuzzi were warm and once my family were in it even though it was 50-60 degrees outside, it did not feel like it being in the pool/jacuzzi. They kept to their words on everything we asked to be accommodated on. From check in to Check out Mrs. Phan was the best host I felt anyone could have. The home was so beautiful and high tech. My baby had was provided a high chair to enjoy her meals to herself. The children and family enjoyed the room setups to meet their age frames and the adults enjoyed having the first level to themself as the kids had their fun upstairs. We all really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider their home as our next visit again.
