Welcome to Villa Marie Blanca, a holiday home in Calpe’s charming Maryvilla area. Perfect for up to 10 persons, with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms spread over 3 levels. This exquisite villa offers an spectacular panoramic view that stretches from the glistening sea and the iconic Peñon d’Ifach on the right, to the majestic Bernia Mountain and Oltamar Mountain on the left.
The centerpiece of this retreat is the private pool, where you can bask in the Spanish sun on comfortable sun loungers or refresh yourself with a dip. The pool can be heated on request (see conditions below). Additionally, there is a separate shallow pool, ideal for children to play in! The outside dining table invites you to savor alfresco meals. For added convenience, an outdoor shower lets you rinse off after a sun-soaked day.

Stepping upstairs, the interior welcomes you with an elegant living room adorned with tasteful furnishings. Stay cool in the comfort of air conditioning as you sink into the plush sofa or unwind in the cozy chairs. Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen, ready for culinary adventures.

The living experience seamlessly extends outdoors, with direct access to a covered naya that boasts a spacious dining table catering to 10 guests. An inviting lounge set completes this outdoor haven, providing the ideal spot for relaxed conversations and sundowners.

This villa boasts a total of 5 bedrooms, each with a double bed and air conditioning. The master bedroom is situated on the top level and has an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is on the middle level, with a bathroom adjacent. The other three bedrooms are at pool level, with direct access to the terrace and two well-appointed bathrooms, ensuring convenience and privacy for all guests.

The villa offers free Wi-Fi, allowing you to share your holiday moments with loved ones. There are 2 private parking spots on the premises and ample free parking available on the street.

1: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this home.
2: Your stay includes 500 kWh per week, and in case of additional consumption, the kWh consumed is 0,45 per kWh.
3: To avoid the risk of fire, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation!
Important information:
The pool can be heated on request from April 1 to November 1. The costs are €20 per day and start from the day we switch on the pump.
