**You`re probably eager to learn what we have in store for you, right? Well, let`s `unpack` that! Your stay is lovingly stocked with a curated array of essential supplies to cover you for the first week. This assortment boasts a mix of toiletries, kitchen supplies, and some little surprises to make you feel right at home. However, our `Welcome Pack` is like a good TV show: it lasts for one season (or, in this case, one week :). If your holiday script lasts longer, you could embark on a thrilling adventure to our local shops. They`re packed with all the essentials you`ll need to extend the comfort and enjoyment of your stay. Plus, exploring local businesses is an exciting subplot in the holiday adventure!
Kitchen Appliances and Utensils: Toaster, French Press, Kettle, Tea, Coffee, Blender, Rice Cooker, Baking Sheets, Mixing Bowls, Pots and Pans Set, Drinking Glasses, Wine Glasses, Full Cutting Knife Set, etc. HOUSE RULES IDENTITY VERIFICATION & BACKGROUND CHECK – To complete your booking, the primary guest is required to submit a government-issued photo ID for basic identity verification and criminal history check. You will receive instructions for this process after your reservation is conditionally approved. This step is required for all bookings and is in place to ensure the safety of our homes and guests. We reserve the right to terminate your reservation if verification is not submitted within 72 hours of booking. AGE RESTRICTIONS – All guests must be 22 years old or older or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. NO 3RD-PARTY BOOKINGS— To comply with the rental platform’s terms and policies, the person making the reservation must be the primary guest staying in the Home. If the person making the reservation will not be staying at the Home, you must let us know. In this case, the account of the guests staying in the Home should be added to the reservation as an “additional guest.” UNLISTED GUESTS—Your reservation details must include all adult overnight guests staying with you. Each additional unlisted guest will incur a $100 fee per night, and any other costs associated with remediating the situation. Housing unlisted guests violates the platform’s terms and policies and puts the guests at risk of uncovered liability. The reserving guest is solely responsible for all damages and costs. GUESTS WHO LIVE LOCALLY— We do not permit reservations from guests residing within a 60-mile radius of the Home without written approval. If you live locally to the Home, you are required to notify us at the time of making your reservation and request explicit permission from us in advance. Failure to obtain authorization will result in the immediate termination of your reservation without a refund. AMENITY USAGE— Community and home amenities are reserved only for guests listed on the reservation. Amenities such as community pools and gyms are unavailable to the reservation holders’ friends or family. Violating this may result in the termination of your reservation, community fines, and you will be responsible for any other costs associated with resolving the situation. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS—No parties or unapproved events are allowed in the Home or the community. Any number of friends, family, or visitors exceeding the Home’s advertised occupancy must first be approved by the hosts. Violating this policy will result in the immediate termination of your reservation, forfeiture of any opportunity for a refund, and a $200 fine in addition to any repair costs. Hosting any guests not listed on the reservation during the community quiet hours will automatically qualify as a party/event and incur the full stated penalty. If the police, community courtesy officer, community leasing office, or any other relevant authority is contacted as a result of any disturbance created by you or your guests, it will automatically qualify as a party/event and incur the full stated penalty. TRASH AND WASTE HANDLING—Most of our properties offer a valet trash service or a similar option for easy waste disposal. You should NOT place trash outside during the day, or the community may levy a fine against us. All fines will be passed on to the guest. All trash must be put in a trash bag and fit inside the trash bin with the lid closed. Upon check-out, the housekeeper will handle up to two trash bags. If you have more than two trash bags, you are responsible for taking the additional bags to the community dumpster. Leaving behind more than two trash bags will result in a $25 fine to cover extra housekeeping costs.

Great Location, Great Hosts, Great Stay
Our family was visiting a family member who moved to Charlotte. We decided to stay at this Cornelius condo so we would have good access to Charlotte, but also the Lake Norman area. The location was great. The community was excellent with a great pool. Great spot for a family with young kids or adults.
Justin was a great host and even took care of a minor garbage pickup issue we had himself!
I'd recommend this rental.

Best VRBO experience to date!
What an incredible place! We booked this rental for a group of 7, which included two families coming together to enjoy a long weekend. We had 3 kids and 4 adults and enjoyed the rental's proximity to Carowinds and downtown Charlotte for a show one night. The home was spotless and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the pool and the parents enjoyed that there was very little that we had to do prior to leaving. Above all, communication with the owners was incredible. They provided so much helpful information prior to our arrival that we had very few questions. When we did have a question, we often had a response within minutes. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again next time we are in the Charlotte area!

The property was great as well as the host. The description of sleeping options was a bit misleading. There was not a queen size bed with a twin bed in the common space. We did find what appeared to be a king size/queen size inflatable mattress.

Thank you so much for bringing that to our attention Joan. We use a property management software that syncs our property details across multiple platforms like VRBO and Airbnb. It seems that the settings does not sync correctly. This property only has a queen-size air mattress in common areas.

Nice property but beware of extra requirements to book!
We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was perfect for our needs with 2 adults and 4 kids ages 11-15 in down for a lacrosse tournament. You are walkable to Harris Teeter and Dunkin Donuts plus a couple of restaurants and also driveable within minutes to the downtowns of Cornelius and Davidson.
Our only complaint about this property is that it requires additional rental paperwork plus a background check which are not clearly spelled out in the VRBO listing. After the fact, I see it’s briefly referenced at the end of a very long listing description. Honestly that should be at the very TOP of the listing. The rental agreement is fairly strict regarding noise monitoring and other things, and we may have gone elsewhere if we had realized this ahead of time.
Aside from that issue, the apartment is lovely and well stocked, and it worked well for us. Enjoy!
