Welcome to our beautiful top-floor condominium with breathtaking views of the pool and Lake Norman. Just steps away from the North Harbor Club, Enjoy exquisite dining with a stunning waterfront ambiance. Nestled in a charming cove, you’re within walking distance to The Cottage wine bar and The Cabin cocktail bar, featuring live music on weekends.

A short 5-minute drive takes you to the quaint town of Davidson. Explore its eclectic mix of locally owned shops, galleries, and restaurants, all centered around The Village Green. This vibrant hub hosts annual events like the Concerts on the Green music series and serves as a venue for Davidson College's outdoor events.

Our condo features two comfortable bedrooms, with the master offering serene views of the lake and pool. Relax in the cozy living room with a fireplace and smart TV or cook up a storm in the freshly remodeled kitchen, fully equipped with new appliances. Enjoy outdoor activities with nearby walking trails, tennis, and pickleball courts.

The condo includes one bathroom, with bath and pool towels provided. Utilities such as a washer and dryer, high-speed internet, and a smart TV in the sitting room are all included.

We require a minimum 3-night stay, but exceptions can be made upon inquiry. Please note, pets are not allowed.

Repeat Stays!

Perfect for a couple or if you are traveling alone. I have stayed here several times and find it so convenient to everything. The only thing is that there isn't an elevator so if you have have trouble climbing stairs (4 flights), it could be tough.

Very disappointing

The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated but we were very disappointed with our stay here. Upon arriving after a 7 1/2 hr. drive, we went to dinner and came back to find that we had locked ourselves out. We began calling and messaging Tammy and the management company who said they would contact the owner. After 2 hrs. of waiting, we drove to a nearby hotel to spend the night. 6 hrs. later (3:30 am) we received a response from Tammy with the lockbox code to get the key. Our suggestion might be that this code is included in the instructions. The condo is not lakefront as advertised but overlooks the private boat docks. Also, the I77 traffic can be heard at all times. Very disappointing.

Boutique Condo

Such a beautiful little place! The decorations and the use of space were exquisite. Everything was spit spot clean. The host answered the few questions that we had immediately. The air conditioner was a little loud, but it was more of a white noise and didn’t affect sleep at all. And yes, it is close to 77, but that also did not bother us. The location is great, From the walking trails to the quick drive into the little town of Davidson. It is a lovely little place.

I definitely loved the location of this place. The condo had a nice view of the marina. The bedrooms were quaint and comfortable. We liked sitting on the terrace watching the boats coming in and we enoyed the restaurant that was in walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay here, very well kept condo with a great location! The host was very helpful and quickly responded to questions. While the layout was a little tight for 4 adults, it would be even better for 2 adults.

5 Star Stay at the Penthouse

Lovely condo, beautifully decorated! We enjoyed the view of the harbor from the balcony and close proximity to all Davidson has to offer. Tammy is an excellent host; her place was immaculately cleaned and easy to check in. Thanks for a wonderful visit!

Wonderful Extended Weekend Getaway

We loved our stay by the lake and greatly enjoyed the beautiful condo. The amenities were wonderful, and we loved our time away. Communication with the host was great. Definitely planning on a return trip!

Short Stay on the Lake

My wife and I were staying over a long weekend and Tamera was a fantastic host. Very very responsive ti any questions and was extremely accommodating. Her space was very clean and accurate to the photos and descriptions. Very easy check process and is in a great spot to walk to a few different establishments for a night cap! Highly recommend!

Nice Condo, just not right for us

The condo was very nice; however the location was not exactly waterfront or water accessible. Probably our misunderstanding of the area. It was an exploratory venture for us to learn the area so it served that purpose well. The only real negative is the excessive loudness of the AC unit. Hard to sleep. of the AC UM

Loved my stay! The condo was just as expected. Great location on the lake and close to Davidson College and local restaurants. Very easy to communicate with property manager on check-in, local restaurants and check-out. I would definitely stay again.

Relaxing and Cozy

I really enjoyed this property and would love to stay again. It is beautifully decorated and convenient to the lake, restaurants and stores surrounding. This was a very convenient place to stay right off of the highway for my nephew and I. Tamara was very responsive and I appreciate that in a host!

Great place to stay!!

We had a great experience staying here for a short trip to Cornelius. Such a cute condo with an awesome balcony and view. Would definitely come back. The host was also super easy to communicate with and very accommodating!

Relaxing and peaceful stay at LKN

We had a fantastic stay at Lake Norman! Tamara, our host, was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. She gave us great recommendations for dinner, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The condo was peaceful with a wonderful view, and I spent most of my "work-cation" on the balcony. The pool was relaxing and quiet, providing the perfect escape. Tamara had thought of everything one needs while on vacation, making our stay even more comfortable. We loved the Davidson area, with grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants all conveniently close by. We will definitely be returning!

Nice stay on Lake Norman

Property was great. Beautiful location on a quai off Lake Norman. Clean, modern, attractive condo. Only location drawback was nearness of I-77. Noisy on the back deck. But also well soundproofed once deck sliding glass door was closed. No noise when sleeping. One other slight issue: I slipped on mat in shower when entering, even after I thought I had it suctioned in place.

I have always wanted to live on the lake. When exploring properties a few years ago, I knew this gem would fit all my needs. I fell in love with this condo the minute I walked through the door. It's so comfortable and the deck is an extension of living space which provides so much relaxation for the soul. It's very hard to describe, but the vibe in the community makes you feel like you are always on vacation. I have decided to host and share all the beauty this condominium offers. I look forward to providing a wonderful stay for all.
