Dernier étage - Maison au bord du lac Norman

Profitez du lac Norman depuis cette magnifique copropriété de trois chambres au bord de l'eau !!! Cette unité d'extrémité, au dernier étage, a une disposition à aire ouverte avec beaucoup de fenêtres et l'une des meilleures vues sur le lac. Profitez de votre café du matin, des rafraîchissements l'après-midi ou des couchers de soleil du soir surplombant le lac sur le balcon extérieur.

De nouveaux comptoirs en granit complètent la cuisine entièrement équipée. Sièges de comptoir confortables pour un repas décontracté.

La suite principale a un lit king size, TV, salle de bain privée, dressing, bureau et une vue incroyable sur le lac. Les deux autres chambres spacieuses comprennent un lit queen-size et deux lits jumeaux (extra longs), chacun avec leur propre télévision.

Tous nos lits sont incroyablement confortables; même les lits jumeaux, qui sont très longs. Nous assurons également que tout est impeccable à votre arrivée.

Belle vue, piscine et excellent emplacement (à proximité des épiceries, des magasins, des parcs, du golf, du centre-ville de Charlotte et du Davidson College). Cette unité d'extrémité a une abondance de lumière naturelle en raison des fenêtres supplémentaires dans le salon principal. Notre condo au dernier étage (qui ressemble à une maison) offre la vue la plus imprenable sur le lac Norman, que ce soit le matin, l'après-midi, le soir ou la nuit!

Profitez de tout ce que la région a à offrir avec la navigation de plaisance, le golf, la pêche, la natation, le tennis et les courses NASCAR. Nous sommes situés près du magnifique parc Jetton et si vous aimez faire du shopping, visitez Birkdale Village à quelques minutes.

Great Autumn Trip

Had a terrific time in this great unit. It was immaculate, very comfortable and fully equipped. We had a problem with leaving...we didn't want to! Overall, we really enjoyed it. Also, Tina was super...ready to help with any questions we had and even with travel tips.

Beautiful condo in great location

Everything about this rental was exceptional. The condo was exactly as described. It was IMMACULATE and well stocked with convenience items and essentials. There were many really smart and thoughtful details. Communications with management were fantastic. I have rented a LOT of VRBO's and this is a 10 out of a 10. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Lake Norman.

We had an exceptional stay! Thank you! The property was clean, well maintained and had plenty of room. Views were beautiful and the location was great! We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very clean and very well-equipped. The elevator was not working, however, our rep kept us informed about the company trying to get someone there to fix it. We managed fine. Thanks for offering this beautiful place for our family to have a place to visit.

Perfect condo for your Lake Norman stay

We really enjoyed our weeklong stay in Lake Norman. There’s a lot to do for all ages. I actually had to carve out some time to “relax” because there’s so much to do. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and spacious. We had a great view of the area from the balcony. The food at Port City Club (right in the neighborhood) was delicious. Publix, Harris Teeter and Aldi are a short drive away so it was nice to have the fridge stocked with snacks and drinks. The pool was very clean and everyone around were super friendly. There’s tennis rackets in the condo if you like to play. Washer/dryer is a bonus when you have kids. Would rent again next time we go back.

Fun for the whole family!

Our family of four spent a week at the property and had a blast. We had breakfast on the balcony most days and a few dinners, too. They also have board games that are great for kids in the living room. The kids' charades game got a ton of use. There's a restaurant that you can walk to that serves more tapas/small plates, which is great. It's also close to a bunch of grocery stores and other restaurants.

Simply perfect

The pre-arrival communication was helpful and timely. The condo is clean, well decorated with upgraded appliances and finishes. There was even a drawer of toys that my son loved. The pool is convenient and the view from the patio was the perfect place for us to enjoy the Fourth of July fireworks. We are so thankful for the memories we made here!

Lake Norman Vacstion

This condo could not be in a better location for all there is to do at Lake Norman. Located right next to a marina and Waterfront restaurant And in the heart of Cornelius. We rented boats, kayaks, paddle boards, took daily walks, played pickle ball, went to nearby shopping and restaurants and finish the week at the nearby Olympic water rafting center for a day of fun. Everything is so close and convenient. This condo itself is extremely nice And very spacious. Our favorite place was the back third floor balcony with cathedral, ceiling, and beautiful views of the lake and the pool. We could look over the balcony and talk to the kids in the pool while enjoying an evening beverage or coffee. Host great to work with , was very attentive and was helpful with any questions we had. We highly recommend this three bedroom condo and will definitely be back again.

Amazing property and location

My family really enjoyed this location on lake Norman! There is a restaurant within walking distance, and the property is located in a more secluded part of the lake (not a lot of lake traffic, very quiet). There was plenty of wildlife and it’s only a short car ride to local parks, shopping, and entertainment. The pool was great for my younger kids. Inside, the property was updated and clean. The property manager was communicative and responsive to texts. Wonderful place to stay on the lake!

Had a great time at LN. This was our second time staying in the condos. The view and location were great. Very clean and well stocked. Had a sound issue with the master tv, but figured it out by the end of our stay. Enjoyed the pool located a couple steps from our door. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

The condo is absolutely beautiful. You can tell the owners take great pride in it. It’s very updated and clean. Great location right next to the pool with an awesome view of the lake. I also appreciated the fact that there were some toys & games available for my younger son. We were in Charlotte for a baseball tournament for my older son so I wasn’t sure how I would keep my youngest entertained while the others were at the games but we had a great time! There are also tennis racquets & pool towels in the condo - they thought of everything! Check in and check out couldn’t have been smoother. I highly recommend!

Spacious, immaculate, & great location!

The customer service was the most attentive I’ve ever had, and we didn’t even need anything! The condo is bigger than it looks in photos, and the view is lovely. It was immaculately clean, and the pool was great. We took an e-bike tour around Davidson, mini-golf, swimming, exploring shops and restaurants, and had an all-around relaxing long weekend!

Perfect for our group

Perfect. Stayed over Christmas with my brother and 86 yr old father. Needed a comfortable place where we could all hang out (my sister and her grown kids live in Davidson). It worked out perfectly. We are cooks -I have never seen a rental property so. Well. Stocked. We had Christmas Eve dinner for our family here and it was so comfortable and easy. Super super responsive property management when I had couple of questions. They have tried SO HARD (and succeeded) in anticipating needs. Little things like labels on light switches -all fantastic. IMPECCABLY clean. And very clear instructions about what to do on checkout, etc. it was just great. We lost my mom in Sept of this year so we knew it would be a different holiday -being in an easy comfortable place with my dad helped so much!! He LOVED the TV and all the channels 😇. Thank you for the attention to detail! (And one thing I am shamelessly stealing is the makeup towel idea. Esp when my niece visits!)

My husband and I purchased this home as our vacation get away because of its incredible views and relaxing atmosphere. It feels more like a home than a condo with its three bedrooms, vaulted ceilings, and open concept layout. There is an abundance of natural light throughout the day and the views of Lake Norman are incredible. We enjoy sharing our home with others and hope you find it as relaxing and enjoyable as we do.

This property has one of the best views of Lake Norman, accessible to the lake, and in a quiet neighborhood. Our condo is a 100-yard walk to the beautiful Port City restaurant.

Beautiful views, pool, elevator & great location (close to grocery stores, great restaurants, shopping at Birkdale Village, boating, pickle ball, Jetton park, golf, uptown Charlotte, as well as Davidson College). This end unit has spacious vaulted ceilings and has three double sets of additional windows in the main living area. Our top floor condo has the most breathtaking views of Lake Norman, whether it’s morning, afternoon, evening, or night!
