Beautiful Beach Front Views!!!

This 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo is truly beachfront! Beach House II #303 is situated right on the beachfront of South Padre Island, overlooking the beautiful beaches and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. This condo is the perfect island getaway for friends and families to come for a beach vacation. The living area is spacious and features comfortable seating to lounge around by the flat screen tv. Guests will sleep soundly in all 3 bedrooms! The master bedroom entails a comfy king bed, an en suite bathroom, flat screen tv, and great ocean views! All 3 bathrooms have walk in tile showers. The 2nd bedroom features a king bed and flat screen tv. The third bedroom entails a full bed. This condo accommodates six (6) guests.

The kitchen has been recently updated and is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and appliances you will need to prepare meals. The condo provides cable as well as free WiFi. There is direct access to the beach from the pool area making it easy to relax in the sun. Restaurants and shops are also located within walking distance of the condo. Amenities and Vacation Essentials Provided

Every stay at Beach House II #303 includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.​​​​​​​

➡️ Important Notice regarding Beach House Condominiums: Beginning 2/10/26, the pool and deck located between Buildings 1 and 3 will be under renovation for approximately two months and will be temporarily closed; guests may use the larger main pool and hot tub during this time. Nice Condo, Great View and Fantastic Service

Great stay! House furnishings were nice and comfortable! Kitchen was decently equipped and met our needs for us during our stay. The internet needs a little love since it really only consistently worked in the main living area and kitchen. That was really only an issue for the kiddos in the evenings. Overall, really nice place and SPI's team was super helpful for the entire stay! *One real temporary issue is the repair work being done on one of the buildings which was loud and early right over the pool.

This condo is as pictured and described, and I call it suberb. There are 2 comfortable king size beds, on the 3rd floor, facing east, so there's an excellent view from the balcony, living area, and the main bedroom. The kitchen is tiny but very well appointed. The kitchen had no towels so I had to use bath towels to dry dishes, plus there was not even and salt or pepper. I did not like that there was no washer and dryer but our stay this time wasn’t long enough to make much of a difference. We had bought food to grill but much to my surprise there was no grilling area at all in the property like everywhere else we have ever stayed so I had to go buy a grill and cook in the parking lot on the tailgate of my truck, that was extremely disappointing. I won’t stay at this property again!

Great Place to Stay

The condo was accurately described and very clean they had a great selection of dishes and utensils too use. It had all the space needed for our group. The pool was big and clean and beach access was convenient. One perk of being on the 3 floor was an awesome view of the beach from the balcony and they had an elevator which made it easy to transport beach gear to and from the beach. Only wish list item would be a washer and dryer in the unit itself. They did communicate where the washer and dryer for the complex was located and that there wasn't one in the unit. Even without the washer/dryer, I would recommend staying at this condo.

Beach House II #303

The process to book was simple. I called and inquired about a first responder discount and it was provided without hesitation. I immediately told my police friends who are trying to decide what and where their vacations will be and SPI is on the short list of possibilities. I communicated through text message and the company was responsive and timely. My only quip was with the condo. The pictures are exactly what the co do looks like! The beach access was awesome. With all of the goodness this condo provided,I did notice there were apparent mold spots in the bedroom off the balcony and the front bedroom on the north side of the condo. I did not notice it until it was pointed out by my wife and she and my daughter started feeling a little ill. We were on the last day-Saturday, and were leaving Sunday morning (we got in Thursday after an 8.5 hour drive). I believe better care must be taken by whoever cleans the place and this should have been caught. We did not spend a ton of time at the condo, however. I did inform SPI, and they said they would have it taken care of. The view was beautiful.
