Canal maison avec piscine chauffée et spa de 300 pas des plages!

Cette très joliment meublée 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain maison avec un garage pour 2 voitures est des vacances parfaites maison loin de la maison. Niché à l'extrémité nord de l'île, il peut accueillir six personnes avec un lit king size dans la chambre principale, un lit queen dans la chambre d'amis, et un lit superposé avec plein sur le fond et deux sur le dessus dans l'autre chambre d'hôtes .
Une piscine chauffée nouvellement construit et SPA donnant sur le canal avec une véranda couverte était une belle addition à la maison. Il fournit une excellente alternative de temps passé de détente pour toute la famille!
La maison est juste une courte promenade de la plage et des restaurants. Et environ 1 mile de Times Square.
Il est petit chien amical et équipé avec câble et internet sans fil, lave-vaisselle et lave-linge et sèche-linge.

La maison loue aux familles et aux adultes de plus de 25 ans, une preuve d'âge est requise.

Everything was perfect! Short walk to beach for shelling and sunsets. Bike rides to town, Publix’s and on the beach. The pool and hot tub are wonderful, especially on cooler nights!Thanks Maria and Ralph, we will be back next year….

Really nice home with quality finishing and furniture. Kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms were larger than the pictures displayed (as was whole house). The pool and patio area was perfect. There were lounge chairs and a wagon to take to beach. Maria was VERY responsive. We would definitely stay again!

This house is everything you need and want! Our family of 5 were very comfortable in the space. We loved the pool and hot tub! My kids, all under 12 years, didn't want to ever get out! The one day there were dolphins in the channel too! And we caught a red drum and a few lady fish. The hosts were great! Fast communication. We didn't have any issues. There was a wagon with beach chairs that we walked to the beach with. The beach near the house was not busy. There is a Publix 4 minutes down the road. If we ever come back to Fort Myers Beach, we are staying here again!

The best place to stay! 300 ft from the quiet side of the beach. Clean, spacious house. Pool and hot tub were lifesavers for our kiddos. We have three boys under 11yrs. and it was a perfect place for them. We hosted dinner for family that was staying nearby. Plenty of towels and other amenities.

Awesome location and perfect for our family.

We had the beautiful shell filled beach to ourselves everyday. Great walking to everything and very peaceful location. Saw manatees from the pool, great week for us.

Great vacation house

This house has a pool and hot tub all in a screen. There is a canal in the back we fished from. Short walk to the beach and a beach wagon was there for us to use too. The house is exactly as pictured. Hosts were very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend it.

Amazing!

This was amazing place to stay so close to everything! We got to see a dolphin in the canal and a manatee. The kids loved the pool. It rained a good part of our trip but with the pool being the way it was we got a ton of use out of it!

Amazing family time

The house was very comfortable, cleaned close to everything. The kids were very happy with fishing behind the house to swimming in the pool . We will definitely be renting this property next year. We recomend renting a gulf cart

Short walk to the beach….

What a great place to spend a month…warm weather, short bike rides to lunch/dinner, beautiful sunsets and a short walk to the beach, where we usually saw dolphins.The owners are fantastic and responsive to any questions/needs! See you next year….

We loved our stay at the Canal Home on Shell Mound

My selection of this property was based on the numerous favorable reviews and we were not disappointed. The house is as-advertised: close to the main center of town and a very short walk to the gulf and the beach. There was a perfect amount of space for the six of us, and places for us to dine-in, play cards and lounge around the house. The house was clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Loved the outside pool area with lanai that provided a break from the afternoon sun! Keep your eyes and ears open for dolphins and manatees in the canal! We've made several trips to Fort Myers Beach over the years and are so happy the area is coming back from the devastating hurricanes a few years ago.

Wonderful week of vacation

My Husband and I had a wonderful, relaxing week of vacation here in April. The house is clean well equipped, and we loved the pool and spa, we were in a few times a day. The neighborhood is quiet, and close to town, the beach (nice sunset walks on the beach). Everything in the house was in excellent working order, pool nice warm temperature. The house could easily have another couple or a few kids extra, more than enough space for 2 people. We would have loved to stay longer!

Beautiful home - Great Host

This home was VERY clean and had everything we needed. The host was very flexible and allowed me to change my check in and out dates based on my flight change. She was quick to respond if we had any questions. The pool and hot tub was a huge hit with my kids. Would not have changed a thing. I highly recommend this home and if we come back to Ft Myers we will be sure to see if this home is available again.

This is an awesome property. Walking distance to the beach. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The host was very friendly and responsive. Only thing I would add is a grill on back patio. The best way to get around FMB is by walking, biking, or E-bikes. Golf cart are good but traffic gets really bad in the afternoons. I highly recommend this property. Hopefully we will get to rent it again soon!

I was traveling with friends and we thought Maria’s home was great. Communication was very good. The house is clean and exactly as the pictures show. The distance to the beach was down the road and across the street, We loved watching the iguanas walk across the cement ledge outside of the lanai. Pool and spa are excellent. The minor things we noticed were a pocket door to the primary bedroom which made it feel a little less private. There were 3 girls and we all shared one blow dryer. The area is still in heavy construction which was expected. We were able to find enough restaurants for our meals and long walks on the beach. Due to the month we stayed we encountered a problem with No-see-ums. I did not react to them but my 2 friends had a bad reaction to the bug bites. Be prepared to have bug spray to prevent a possible reaction.

This steps-from-the-beach family ranch-style home in Fort Myers Beach is awesome! Six of us thoroughly enjoyed the owners' 3-bedroom beautifully furnished and clean accommodations, along with a relaxing lanai with saltwater pool and hot tub along the canal. Owners Maria and Ralph are very responsive to questions and offered great suggestions and tips. There are plenty of linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs/umbrellas/toys, pool toys, 4 adult/2 kids bicycles, a grill, and the kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to make meals, although there are so many wonderful restaurants nearby! There are TVs (with cable) in each bedroom, hair dryers in each bathroom, and comfy seating throughout! With a handy washer and dryer in the 2-car garage, you won't need to pack many clothes! The Estero Blvd. construction should be finished soon, and the air-conditioned Trolley is still 75 cents/ride--or you can purchase day/week passes. If we can get our family schedules coordinated soon, we'll be looking to reserve another week -- that is, if you haven't already reserved it!
